PURCHASING& S H I P P I N GSPECIFICATIONSORDERSAll bands are custom made. When placing an order, please specify all necessary details, including quantity, colors,size, and style. Make sure to clearly state the latest permissible in-hand date. All orders are subject to a $250minimum order requirement.

PAPER PROOF:Will be faxed within 24 hours after receipt of P.O. Order will not be released into production until signed proofapproval is returned. This applies to new and repeat orders.

STANDARD PRODUCTION TIME:For orders up to 25,000 pieces, standard production time is 5-10 working days after final art approval. This time issubject to change dependent upon product, specifications, and current workload.

RUSH SERVICE:A rush charge may apply on orders outside normal production time. Call for rush service availability and quote.

OVER / UNDER RUNS:Unless otherwise agreed to before order ships, order quantities may be filled plus or minus 10% with invoice billed atactual quantity shipped.

CANCELLATIONS:Charges will be billed for any order which is cancelled after production has begun and will include all charges incurredup to time of cancellation.

Custom merchandise is non-refundable. Returns and claims cannot be accepted without authorization. Claims due tomanufacturers error must be made within 30 days afterproduct ships.

The computer used in our Graphic Department is Macintosh.Macintosh programs used by the Print Department: • Adobe Photoshop CC 21.1 • Adobe Illustrator CC 24.0.3

Our first preference is an Illustrator EPS file with text converted tooutlines. Artwork can be placed on our FTP site or sent on a disk, if files arelarger than 5 MB. Word documents, faxed artwork, publisher files orart pulled from a website cannot be accepted – a quality print beginswith quality artwork.

Customer Logos:The manufacturer is not responsible for any reproduction ofunauthorized, trademarked or copyrighted logos. Any damagesincurred as a result of unauthorized use will be the responsibility ofthe party supplying artwork.

Rubber is a natural product. Therefore, slight variations in color andtexture are to be expected and are not considered to be a defect.Rubber tends to stretch to some degree during the printing andcutting process, therefore, not all imprints will be perfectly centered.
