21 世紀的今日，網路科技正以鋪天蓋地之

姿散播於世界各地，國與國、人與人，彼

此的距離與時間，被這股洪流擠壓變形中。

不過，也因拜科技之賜，對本國以外的世

界文化，讓我們有了更多的瞭解與掌握機

會。然而，當反思諸己時，我們不禁會問，

對自己的母文化，你瞭解多少？她的文化

傳統原形，又是什麼？

臺北擁有豐富的歷史文化，在不斷成長、

蛻變過程中，承載了大量變革的血液。臺

北身為一座進步又具有競爭力的城市，不再只是一味追求巨大化、單一化，其境內

的族群與文化是多元化的，它需要人與人之間更寬廣、包容的理解與對話。

2017 年 6 月，我去欣賞了臺北市立國樂團製作、演出的歌劇《李天祿的四個女人》，

我見到北市國對藝術工作及文化傳統的真誠、嚴謹與思維。從上個樂季中，也感受

到北市國在文化的傳統與現代間，似乎已探索出新的道路與方向；而亮麗的票房呈

現，證明了這個方向貼近大眾，有眾多樂迷進入了這個文化場域並與之對話。

北市國端出的 2017/18 樂季節目，共有「主題精選系列」、「名家系列」、「大師

系列」、「武俠系列」、「世界風系列」……等十個精彩系列節目，涵蓋了古今中

外、傳統與現代、中西兼融等多元思維面向，尤其「武俠系列」中，更首度嘗試與

電玩、3D 聲光環繞音響相結合，跳脫傳統窠臼思維，著實令人亟欲一探究竟。

我衷心地邀請臺北市民及各方的朋友們，共同支持及參與北市國新樂季每一場節目

表演，親臨現場來體驗這份醇美的藝術饗宴。

In the 21st century, Internet technologies have taken the world by storm. The space and time among countries and people have thus been distorted. However, thanks to these technologies, we have more opportunities than before to explore cultures across the globe. It is in an age like ours that we have to ask how well we really understand our own culture. What is our cultural prototype?

Taipei boasts rich history and cultures that continue to grow and transform with the spirit of innovation. As an advanced and competitive city, Taipei is no longer trying to expand in scale and become more homogeneous as her simplistic goals. She is home to diverse communities and cultures that can only thrive with more inclusive communication and understanding.

In June 2017, I saw the opera The Four Women in Puppet Master LEE Tien-Lu’s Life produced and performed by Taipei Chinese Orchestra (TCO). There, I witnessed TCO’s sincerity, integrity, and thoughtfulness that went into their work in art and cultural traditions. Throughout its previous season, I have also felt how TCO has discovered its new path and direction between traditional and modern cultures. Its impressive box office proved that its approach has welcomed the public into this cultural field to interact with it.

TCO’s programme for its 2017/18 season features ten series that include “TCO Selection Series,” “Virtuoso Series,” “Maestro Series,” “Wuxia Hero Series,” and “World Music Series.” They cover a wide range of perspectives that merge the old with the new, the East with the West, and tradition with modernity. Particularly intriguing is the “Wuxia” series. It is TCO’s first attempt at combining video games and 3D surround sound, transcending musical traditions.

I sincerely invite you, citizens of Taipei and friends from around the country and the world, to come and support TCO’s performances in its new season. Immerse yourself in feasts of artistic beauty.

臺北市立國樂團在歌劇《李天祿的四個女人》引起廣大的迴響中結束了

2016/17 樂季，除了多檔的演出深獲各界肯定及好評外，票房收入更是

較前一樂季（2015/16）大幅成長 50%，我常說，「創作—演出—欣賞」

是表演藝術缺一不可的三個過程，在此要特別感謝每一位進場欣賞北市

國節目的樂迷朋友！

延續過去兩年樂季，北市國在 2017/18 新樂季依舊規劃了豐富的十個

系列節目，其中「主題精選」、「大師」、「武俠」三個系列節目，

更是新樂季全新推出的節目企劃。新樂季裡我們除了委託關廼忠、陳

樹熙、洪千惠、王乙聿、王辰威、余忠元、郭岷勤（2016 TCO 國際作

曲大賽首獎）……等作曲家為北市國創作新作品外，也委託了劉至軒、

黃新財、吳瑞呈三位作曲家分別為我們的附設青年團、青少年團及少

年團創作適合各年齡層學生演奏的合奏作品，也期待這三首作品未來

可以普及推廣至民間的社團及學校。客席指揮方面，邀請到關廼忠、

簡文彬、陳樹熙、張宇安（2016 年羅馬尼亞第七屆布加勒斯特國際指

揮大賽首獎）、樊德生（John van DEURSEN）、安敬業、于興義等國

內外優秀指揮家合作；獨奏家方面，我們首開國內專業國樂團之先，

邀請到旅美琵琶名家吳蠻擔任 2017/18 樂季駐團音樂家，除了在新樂

季將與 TCO 有三場音樂會的合作外、並將擔任明年的器樂大賽評審、

辦理講座。此外，林昭亮、傑里米 ‧ 蒙泰羅（Jeremy MONTEIRO）、

普發魯 ‧ 斯里吉（Poovalur SRIJI）、湯良興、羅小慈、宋飛、孫凰、

任潔、吳玉霞、周韜、陳中申、王世榮、王心心、林奕汎、黃瑞豐……

等中外名家也將在新樂季陸續登場。

多元的節目規劃，固然是北市國近年來最大的特色，然而，每一次演出

都是最深刻動人的演奏，更是我們持續努力及追求的。此外，「建立國

樂新聲響美學」的「臺北之聲」更是我對北市國最大的期許！讓我們一

起迎接豐富精彩的新樂季！

Taipei Chinese Orchestra (TCO) closed the season 2016/17 with the opera The Four Women in Puppet Master LEE Tien-Lu’s Life, a big success both in box-office and critical reception. Despite the acclaim for many of the shows, the total income of last season has increased 50% than the preceding one (2015/16). As I often said, “creation, performance, appreciation” are three fundamental elements for the performing arts. I would like to take this opportunity to thank everyone that went to the concerts organized by TCO.

For the coming 2017/18 season, we organize ten series of programs just as they were in the last two seasons. Among them the “TCO Selection”, “Maestro” and “Wuxia Hero” are whole new projects. We invite composers KUAN Nai-Chung, CHEN Shu-Si, HUNG Chien-Hui, WANG I-Yu, WANG Chenwei, YU Chung-Yuan and KUO Min-Chin (winner of 2016 TCO International Composition Competition) and so on, to compose new works for TCO; we also commissioned LIU Chih-Hsuan, HUANG Hsin-Tsai and WU Ruey-Chen to compose three pieces for our Youth Orchestra, Adolescent Orchestra and Junior Orchestra to perform; with these pieces we manage to promote the Chinese music to the community and schools in the near future. We invite KUAN Nai-Chung, CHIEN Wen-Pin, CHEN Shu-Si, CHANG Yu-An (First Prize of the 7th Bucharest International Conducting Competition 2016), John van DEURSEN, AN Chin-Yeh, and YU Hsing-Yi as our guest conductors. For the soloists, we have the honor to welcome WU Man, world's premier pipa virtuoso, as TCO’s residential artist for the season 2017/18. She will give three concerts with the cooperation of TCO, work as a member of the jury for the next Instrumental Competition, and give master classes as well. We will also have LIN Cho-Liang, Jeremy MONTEIRO, Poovalur SRIJI, TANG Liang Xing, LUO Xiaoci, SONG Fei, SUN Huang, Renjie, WU Yuxia, ZHOU Tao, CHEN Chung-Shen, WANG Shih-Jung, WANG Xinxin, Ivan LINN, Rich HUANG... and other renowned Chinese and foreign artists.

Diversity has been the great feature of TCO’s program organization of recent years, however, we devote to make the best quality and render a profound experience for each performance. Setting a new acoustics for Chinese music – making it the Sound of Taipei – this is my best wish for TCO! Let’s embrace the brand new Season!

面對瞬息萬變的今日，「創新」儼然是當代的主流趨勢，「傳統」似乎是難以

存在的進行式。然而，我們當真可以完全脫離傳統而獨尊創新嗎？那倒未必，

畢竟傳統的文化歷程，曾是許多人共同的經歷與記憶，它難以被抹滅的。

從江南地區的茶肆酒樓，絲竹樂、評彈小調仍時有所聞；在臺灣每逢節慶或歲

時祭儀，北管子弟班、野臺歌仔戲、客家八音散見於各巷弄或廟埕之中；在當

代國樂作品裡，更常見這些旋律、曲牌被作曲家、藝人們作為素材運用其中。

其實，傳統文化並非是一成不變的，它因時空遞嬗關係，以另一種形式存於當

代。這些當代的傳統文化，為順應時勢而有了變遷與新詮釋空間。

臺北市立國樂團於 2016/17 樂季中，為樂迷朋友策畫了多場以傳統為主軸的音

樂會，或原貌再現，或改編呈現。在 2017/18 樂季裡，我們仍以傳統為起點，

規劃有「主題精選」、「名家系列」、「大師系列」……等十個系列精彩節目。

這些系列節目中，也邀請了來自世界各地的指揮大師、演奏家、作曲家參與演

出及創作，節目精彩可期。在武俠系列中，甚至結合了現代科技，以 3D 音效

與樂聲光影，為樂迷帶來科技感十足的震撼音樂體驗。

在端出 2017/18 樂季節目之際，我們誠摯邀請所有樂迷朋友來參與北市國的每

一場節目，以多元的角度去品味各種形式之傳統。我們期待每一場節目中，有

您的參與！

In a world where innovation has become the trend, it seems that tradition is doomed to perish. However, can any innovation break away from tradition completely and stand along? I really doubt that. The courses that the tradition had been through are shared by collective memory and assimilated into many people’s experiences that cannot be easily erased.

In the southern China we still can hear the traditional music of strings and winds as well as local narrative singing in the taverns and teahouses. In Taiwan, we have Beiguan music, open-stage Taiwanese opera, and Hakka music Bayin during the festivals and rites, they are numerous and scattered in the allies and temples. One of the characteristics of the contemporary Chinese music is witnessing these elements and melodies been constantly used by the composers and artists. The tradition, apparently immutable, is then converted into various contemporary forms. The tradition today, or the contemporary tradition, thus acquires a new dimension of interpretation in the contemporary context.

Taipei Chinese Orchestra (TCO) organizes for the 2016/17 season a series of concerts based on tradition, either in its original form or in new arrangement. Among the ten series we bring forth the TCO Selection, the Virtuoso, the Maestro series, and so on. We invite conductors and artists from all over the world as well as composers that will create new pieces for us. In the Wuxia Hero series there will be 3D surround and visual effect of modern technology, all these efforts are to bring a new sensation to the concert experience.

With the 2017/18 season we sincerely invite you to every concert in our programs, to experience the vibration, the variations of tradition in its various forms. We look forward to seeing you!

臺北市立國樂團成立於 1979 年，是臺灣第一個專

業國樂團。歷任團長為陳暾初、陳澄雄、王正平、

鍾耀光，現任團長為鄭立彬。在歷任團長及音樂

總監王正平、邵恩，與現任首席指揮瞿春泉的帶

領下，厚植團員專業演奏素養，讓臺北市立國樂

團躋身國際知名樂團，以開創性的跨界節目來拓

展「國樂」的定義，樹立臺北市立國樂團獨特的

樂團風格與藝術走向。

樂團的標語「讓你聽見世界」，明白點示出臺北

市立國樂團不單只有演奏國樂，更與世界名家合

作，讓愛樂者聽見更多國際名家的聲音，發展出

臺灣國樂的新模式，同時多方嘗試跨界的演出，

與舞蹈、戲劇、多媒體的各種結合型態，為觀眾

不斷打造創新視野的聆賞感受，為國樂永續發展

創造嶄新視野。

臺北市立國樂團每年平均服務近 10 萬名愛樂者，

辦理超過百場各種型態的音樂會，包括每年 3 月

至 6 月的「臺北市傳統藝術季」；肩負教育推廣

的責任，每年 30 多場專為臺北市國小六年級學生

演出的「育藝深遠」教育音樂會和 30 場以上的「文

化就在巷子裡」社區音樂會、國內巡迴演出、校

園巡迴等等。還有由 7 個附設樂團將近 500 多人

組成的大家庭，每年定期培訓、展演，為國樂蓬

勃發展打下良好的基礎。

在國際文化交流方面，曾多次出訪過歐、美、亞

超過 20 多個國家，足跡遍及世界各個重要音樂

廳。2011 年 2 月更由國際著名藝術經紀公司 Opus

3 Artists 安排美國巡迴，成為世界第一個國際藝術

經紀公司經紀的國樂團。巡演所到之處，受到海

外愛樂人士歡迎喜愛，成績斐然。

臺北市立國樂團創團至今共錄製超過 50 張出版

品，屢獲金曲獎入圍肯定並獲獎，傑出的表現更

受到國際樂壇上的重視，2008 年起，應瑞典 BIS 唱

片公司邀請，陸續合作錄製了 6 張專輯唱片，國

際發行。第一張專輯《胡旋舞》即獲得 2010 年第

21 屆傳藝金曲獎最佳民族音樂專輯獎，之後每張

唱片都獲入圍肯定。2016 年與繆斯藝術文化有限

公司合作發行《臺灣音畫》、《遶境—音樂會實

況影音專輯》二張專輯，以臺灣風土人文為主題，

希望將臺灣音樂創演能量推向國際舞臺，持續發

光發熱；此 2 張專輯皆入圍第 28 屆傳藝金曲獎。

過去 38 年來，臺北市立國樂團篳路藍縷，一步一

腳印，穩健成長，朝世界級樂團的方向邁進，以

展演優秀傳統國樂作品、展現臺灣國樂生命力為

目標，努力開闢國樂新時代。爾後將會持續在堅

固的基石上，結合臺灣國樂優秀人才，全力將高

品質的國樂推廣到國際，同時為培育國樂新生代

努力。

Taipei Chinese Orchestra (TCO), founded in 1979, is the first professional Chinese orchestra in Taiwan. CHEN Tun-Chu, CHEN Tscheng-Hsiung, WANG Cheng-Ping and CHUNG Yiu-Kwong had served as the Director, a position currently held by CHENG Li-Pin. The leadership of previous and current Directors, previous Music Directors WANG Cheng-Ping and SHAO En and current Principal Conductor QU Chunquan has cultivated performance artistry in the members and has made TCO internationally renowned, with innovative and adventurous programming that broadens the definition of traditional Chinese music and to establish its unique style and artistic excellence.

"Let You Hear The World", TCO not only focuses on the Chinese music, but also collaborates with various virtuosi, introducing wilder range of music from all over the world and developing a new form of Chinese music in Taiwan. It also extensively explores crossover performances to bring novel experiences to auditoriums and to innovate for a sustainable development of Chinese music.

TCO annually touches the lives of close to 100,000 music lovers with over 100 various productions, including the "Taipei Traditional Arts Festival" from March to June. TCO also shoulders the responsibility of art education. Each year, it presents more than 30 "Art is Profound" educational concerts for sixth-graders across Taipei City and 30 "Bringing Arts to the Alleys" community concerts, as well as extensive domestic and campus tours.

TCO's international cultural endeavors have staged

performances in many important concert halls in over 20 nations in Asia, Europe and the America. Arranged by renowned agency Opus 3 Artists in February 2011, TCO made its US tour and became the first Chinese orchestra on the rosters of international art agencies.

With more than 50 records and publications, TCO has been repeatedly nominated and awarded with the Golden Melody Awards (GMA) and its achievement has attracted international attentions. Since 2008, it has been invited by the Swedish BIS Records to produce 6 albums for international distribution. The first album, Whirling Dance, won the Best Traditional Music Album Award at the 21st GMA for Traditional Arts and Music in 2010, and following records were all nominated. In 2016, two albums - Sketches of Taiwan and Holy Pilgrimage Music Album - were released in association with Muse Music. Both albums focus on traditional Taiwanese cultures and were created with the aim to bring Taiwan's musical creativity into the global arena, where it can prosper. These albums were both nominated for the 28th Golden Melody Awards for Traditional Arts and Music.

Over the past 38 years, TCO's persistent endeavors and development have been committed to presenting exquisite traditional Chinese music, demonstrating the vitality of Chinese music in Taiwan, and pioneering a new era of Chinese music. With its continued tradition of artistic excellence and collaborations with outstanding artists of Chinese music in Taiwan, TCO will unwaveringly promote exceptional Chinese music to the world.

鄭立彬是目前臺灣樂界深受矚目且備受好評的指揮家，指揮曲目廣泛，音樂詮釋深刻，

無論是西方經典交響音樂還是當代作曲家新創作品，樂團總是在他的指揮下得到最好的

發揮，再加上效率極佳的排練，使他成為最受樂團團員歡迎的指揮家。

國立臺北藝術大學碩士班主修指揮畢業，為國內首位獲頒此學位者。先後受教於亨利‧

梅哲﹙Henry MAZER﹚、徐頌仁、陳秋盛等名師。2006年3月受邀參加已故指揮大師羅林‧

馬捷爾﹙Lorin MAAZEL﹚指揮大師班，深受大師的肯定與青睞。

從2003-04年擔任臺北市立交響樂團助理指揮展開職業生涯，近年來亦受邀客席指揮過

臺灣所有的中西職業樂團，以及大陸的中國廣播民族樂團、江蘇交響樂團、安徽交響樂

團、廈門樂團，並陸續應邀至中國大陸、馬來西亞、香港、日本等地演出，橫跨中西樂

團的指揮經歷及功力，實屬難得。此外，鄭立彬也十分熱衷指揮及推廣臺灣作曲家的作

品，在2004-15年擔任台北愛樂青年管弦樂團音樂總監暨首席指揮期間，在其堅持及計畫

下，更是盡可能於音樂會中演出國人作品。演出之外，鄭立彬目前亦灌錄了11張有聲出版

品公開發行。

2007-15年任教於中國文化大學國樂系專任副教授，2015年起接任臺北市立國樂團團長，

期待帶領樂團邁向更高的藝術成就。

CHENG Li-Pin is one of the most regarded and outstanding conductors of Taiwan, especially renowned for his

profound interpretation and extensive repertoire. From Western symphonic classics to contemporary innovative

works, he always empowers orchestras to achieve the best performance through highly efficient rehearsals,

making him one of the most respected conductors among musicians.

He is the first person in Taiwan to be awarded with the master’s degree in conducting from Taipei University of

the Arts, with professional training experience from maestros Henry MAZER, HSU Sung-Jen and Felix Chiu-

Sen CHEN. In March 2006, he was invited to participate in the master class of the contemporary Maestro Lorin

MAAZEL, where he received great approbation from the Maestro.

CHENG began his conducting career with the position of Assistant Conductor of Taipei Symphony Orchestra

from 2003 to 2004. He has been invited as a guest conductor for all professional Western and Chinese orchestras

in Taiwan, as well as the China Broadcasting Chinese Orchestra, Jiangsu Symphony Orchestra , Symphony

Orchestra of Anhui Province and Xiamen Orchestra in Mainland China. He is an expert who is uniquely adept

in both Western and Chinese orchestral conducting, and his conducting performance has been welcomed

by audiences in Malaysia, Hong Kong and Japan. He is devoted to conducting and promoting the work of

composers of Taiwan, for which he tirelessly staged productions during his 2004-2015 leadership as Music

Director and Principal Conductor at the Taipei Philharmonic Youth Orchestra. In addition to concert

performances, he also has published 11 recorded works.

From 2007 to 2015, CHENG Li-Pin was Associate Professor at the Department of Chinese Music, Chinese Culture

University. In 2015, he was appointed as the General Director of the Taipei Chinese Orchestra and is now leading

the Taipei Chinese Orchestra to achieve new heights in artistic excellence.

著名指揮家、作曲家，大陸國家一級指揮。曾擔任上海指揮家協會副主席、上海民族

樂團首席常任指揮、新加坡華樂團副總監及指揮、國立實驗國樂團（現為臺灣國樂

團）指揮、佛光山人間音緣梵樂團常任指揮。2013年1月受邀擔任臺北市立國樂團首席

指揮。

瞿氏曾首演並錄製一批深具影響力的國樂作品如《長城隨想》、《達勃河隨想》、《

花木蘭》、《新婚別》等。近幾年在臺灣大力推動本土創作，積極推演與錄製一批優

秀的大型國樂作品，為臺灣的國樂團累積保留曲目作出貢獻。身為作曲家瞿氏幾十年

來創作及改編大量的作品，主要有《上海隨想》、古琴與樂隊《瀟湘水雲》、雙笛協

奏曲《黃土情》、小合奏《江南好》、二胡與樂隊《我願》等。

瞿氏多次獲得中國國家文化部、廣播電視部及上海市頒發的各種優秀成果獎、優秀表

演獎與創作獎。

QU Chunquan is a renowned conductor, composer and National Class One Conductor in Mainland China.

He has previously held the following positions: Vice President of the Shanghai Conductor Association,

Principal Conductor of the Shanghai Chinese Orchestra, Deputy Director and Conductor of the Singapore

Chinese Orchestra, and Conductor of the National Chinese Orchestra of Taiwan and Resident Conductor of

Fo-Guang- Shan Buddhist Chinese Orchestra. He accepted the position of Principal Conductor at the Taipei

Chinese Orchestra in January 2013.

QU Chunquan has premiered and recorded numerous influential Chinese orchestral works, including

the Great Wall Capriccio, Dabo River Capriccio, Hua Mulan, Parting of the Newly Wedded etc. In Taiwan, he

has made immense contributions in recent years to the Taiwanese Chinese orchestral music through his

ardent promotion of Taiwanese compositions, as well as the performance and recording of numerous

outstanding large- scale Chinese orchestral works. As a composer, he composed and rearranged a large

number of compositions in the last few decades, such as Shanghai Capriccio, Clouds and Waters of River Xiao

and Xiang for Guqin and Chinese Orchestra, Double Dizi Concerto Sentiments for the Yellow Earth, View of

Jiangnan for Small Ensemble and I Wish for Erhu and Orchestra.

Mr. QU has received a great number of outstanding awards, performance awards, and composition awards

issued by the People’s Republic of China Ministry of Culture, State Administration of Radio, Film, and

Television, and by City of Shanghai.

吳蠻是國際樂壇上中國音樂的使者與琵琶音樂的代言人，

更是跨界音樂與跨文化交流的標誌性人物。美國《洛杉磯

時報》評論「吳蠻是將琵琶介紹給西方的重要音樂家……

」。《波士頓環球報》給予她極高的評價：「吳蠻屬於極

少數改變他們樂器歷史的藝術家之一」。她七次獲得美國

葛萊美唱片「最佳演奏獎」和「最佳世界音樂專輯獎」提

名，於2017年獲獎最佳專輯獎。並入圍臺灣金曲獎「最佳

傳統音樂專輯獎」以及「美國獨立唱片獎」。

吳蠻出生於杭州，是中央音樂學院第一位琵琶演奏碩

士。1977年，她以全國琵琶第一名的成績考入中央音樂

學院附中。大學畢業後以全優的成績被文化部第一批保

送攻讀研究生，先後師從林石城、劉德海、鄺宇忠和陳

澤民等名師。1989年，獲得中國民族樂器演奏比賽琵琶冠

軍。1990年移居美國。作為馬友友絲路樂團的創團成員，

吳蠻曾獲「哈佛大學研究學者獎」、「美國藝術家」大獎

和加拿大「格倫‧顧爾德新人獎」（Glenn Gould Prize），

以表彰她對音樂與文化交流的開創性貢獻。吳蠻是該獎設

立以來第一位獲獎的女性和傳統演奏家。1998年，她曾應

美國前總統科林頓夫婦之邀在白宮演出，成為有史以來第

一位受邀的大陸音樂家。

Recognized as the world’s premier pipa virtuoso and leading ambassador of Chinese music, WU Man is a soloist, educator and

composer who gives her lute-like instrument a new role in both traditional and contemporary music. Through numerous concert

tours, she has premiered hundreds of new works for the pipa, while spearheading multimedia projects to both preserve and create

awareness of China’s ancient musical traditions. Her adventurous spirit and virtuosity have led to collaborations across artistic

disciplines allowing her to reach wider audiences as she works to break through cultural and musical borders. Her efforts were

recognized when she was named Musical America’s 2013 “Instrumentalist of the Year,” marking the first time this prestigious award

has been bestowed on a player of a non-Western instrument. She is also the first artist from China to perform at the White House

and in 2008 became the first Chinese traditional musician to receive The United States Artist Fellowship. A founding member of the

Silk Road Ensemble, she is featured as both a performer and composer in the group’s 2017 Grammy Award-winning recording, Sing

Me Home (“Best World Music Album”), and has appeared in over 40 recordings throughout her career. She is also a featured artist

in the 2015 documentary The Music of Strangers: Yo-Yo Ma and the Silk Road Ensemble.

Born in Hangzhou, Zhejiang, WU Man was brought up in the Pudong style of pipa playing, studying with LIN Shicheng, KUANG

Yuzhong, CHEN Zemin and LIU Dehai at the Central Conservatory of Music in Beijing, where she became the first recipient of a master

degree in pipa. Accepted into the conservatory at age 13, she was hailed as a child prodigy and became a nationally recognized

role model for young pipa players. She subsequently received first prize in the First National Music Performance Competition,

among other awards, and participated in many premieres of works by Chinese composers. Her first exposure to Western classical

music came in 1979 when she saw Seiji OZAWA and the Boston Symphony Orchestra performing in Beijing. In 1980 she

participated in an open master class with violinist Isaac STERN, and in 1985 she made her first visit to the United States as a member

of the China Youth Arts Troupe. She moved to the U.S. in 1990 and currently resides with her husband and son in California.

臺灣青年指揮家江振豪，現為臺北市立國樂團副指揮。就讀國立

臺灣師範大學音樂系碩士班指揮組，師事許瀞心教授，啟蒙於劉

江濱老師。

2012年赴紐約Bard College 參加The Conductors Institute，隨Harold

FARBERMAN、Mark GIBSON學習，參加臺北市立國樂團指揮研習

營，受陳澄雄、夏飛雲、瞿春泉、張國勇指導。於2013年香港中

樂團指揮大師班中受閻惠昌指導，獲團員票選最佳指揮獎，同

年榜首考入國立臺灣師範大學音樂系碩士班指揮組，先後於大

師班中接受Tamas VASARY、Jay DEAN、呂紹嘉、下野龍也、Leon

BOTSTEIN、Gilbert VARGAR、Darrel ANG指導。入圍第2屆國際中樂

指揮大賽複賽，為最年輕之入圍者，2014年獲錄取臺灣國樂團青

年指揮家培訓計畫，並於選拔比賽中獲第1名，贏得客席機會；

獲邀參與2014臺北國際現代音樂節；入圍第1屆臺北市立國樂團

2015國際指揮大賽前20名，為最年輕之入圍者。獲獎學金赴日本

參加2015霧島國際音樂祭指揮大師班，接受高關健、下野龍也指

導。同年入圍第6屆International Conducting Competition Jeunesses

Musicales Bucharest，赴羅馬尼亞參賽。

The Taiwanese youth conductor CHIANG Chen-Hao, currently serves as the Associate Conductor of Taipei Chinese Orchestra. He

began his study of conducting with LIU Chiang-Pin’s introduction, and he is currently working on his master’s degree in orchestral

conducting with Maestro Apo Ching-Hsin HSU at the National Taiwan Normal University.

In 2012, Mr. CHIANG attended The Conductors Institute at The Bard College Conservatory of Music, NY, studying with Harold FARBERMAN

and Mark GIBSON. In 2012 and 2013, he also participated in the Taipei Chinese Orchestra Conducting Workshops and worked

with Maestro CHEN Tscheng-Hsiung, XIA Feiyun, QU Chunquan and ZHANG Guoyong. In 2013, he participated in the Hong Kong

Chinese Orchestra Conducting Master Class, working with Maestro YEN Huichang, and was given the best directing award voted by

orchestra members. He also received master class opportunities to learn from Maestro Tamas VASARY, Jay DEAN, LÜ Shaochia, Tatsuya

SHIMONO and Gilbert VARGAR. Mr. CHIANG was the youngest of the semi-final candidates of The Second International Conducting

Competition for Chinese Music in Honk Kong. He was invited to the prestigious youth conductor-training program of the National

Chinese Orchestra in Taiwan, and then received the first prize to make a conducting debut with the NCO. He was invited by the 2014

Taipei International Contemporary Music Festival to conduct the world premieres of contemporary works. He was accepted as the

youngest of the candidates of the 2015 Taipei Chinese Orchestra International Conducting Competition. He won a scholarship to

join the master class of 2015 Kirishima Festival in Japan, learning from Ken TAKASEKI and Tatsuya SHIMONO. He was invited to the

Sixth International Conducting Competition Jeunesses Musicales Bucharest in Romania the same year.

傳統藝術節、臺北胡琴節、二胡名家在臺北、徐州國際胡琴藝術節、北京兩岸城市藝術節、廣東亞洲

音樂節、香港中港台二胡名家之夜等音樂盛會中協奏及獨奏。受邀合作的樂團有北京中國廣播民族樂

團、中國歌劇舞劇院民族樂團、江蘇省演藝集團民族樂團、香港中樂團、高雄市國樂團、奧地利維也

納史特勞斯節慶管弦樂團、國家交響樂團、國立臺灣交響樂團、臺北市立交響樂團、長榮交響樂團

等。2009年出版二胡演奏專輯「思想起－王銘裕雋永的胡琴詩篇」。

王君樂如其人，音樂表現細膩深刻，舞臺展現優雅而謙沖，獲得極高評價。2011年，其所使用的二胡已獲邀

典藏於世界首座以胡琴為主題的「中國胡琴藝術博物館」於大陸徐州。

With successful concert experience in 30 countries on all continents, WANG Ming-Yu is a prestigious international erhu artist. Previously performing solo or concerto works at Taiwan International Festival of Arts, Asian Composers League Conference and Festival, Asian Pacific Traditional Arts Festival, Taipei Hu-qin Festival, Erhu Masters Gathering in Taipei, Xuzhou International Huqin Arts Festival of China, Cross-Straits City Art Festival in Beijing, Canton Asian Music Festival, and Five Huqins in Concert, Hong Kong He has worked with renowned orchestras including China Broadcasting Chinese Orchestra in Beijing, Chinese Music Orchestra of Jiangsu Province, Hong Kong Chinese Orchestra, Kaohsiung Chinese Orchestra, Strauss Festival Orchestra Vienna, Austria, Taiwan Philharmonic, the National Symphony Orchestra, National Taiwan Symphony Orchestra, Taipei Symphony Orchestra, and Evergreen Symphony Orchestra. His erhu record Recalling the Past – Ming-yu Wang’s Beautiful Moment with Erhu was published in 2009.

With delicate and intense interpretation and through graceful and modest performance, Mr. WANG has been critically acclaimed for his artistic excellence. In 2011, an erhu he had used was requested for collection by the China Museum of Huqin Art in Xuzhou, China.

臺北市立國樂團樂團首席。陳慧君是目前臺灣知名與

活躍的二胡演奏家，畢業於國立臺灣藝術大學及佛光

大學藝術學研究所。二胡曾師事陳淑芬、吳榮燦及陳

如祁等老師，並於大陸隨安如礪、朱昌耀等老師學

習。在演奏上，曾應邀於總統府介壽館音樂會中演

奏譚盾先生作品雙闕，多次以獨奏家身分於羅馬尼

亞Timisoara音樂季中舉辦個人獨奏會，並與羅馬尼亞

Oradea交響樂團、上海廣播交響樂團、澳門樂團、長

榮交響樂團、台北愛樂管弦樂團、台北香頌室內樂

團、江蘇民樂團及台北青年國樂團等合作二胡協奏

曲。在臺灣多次首演國內外作曲家二胡協奏曲作品。

並與臺北市立國樂團於國內外音樂會中演奏二胡協奏

曲。多次於國家演奏廳舉辦胡琴獨奏會，展現個人的

純熟技巧與多樣的音樂風貌。其演奏技巧純熟，音樂

表達感性內斂，並努力探索中國傳統音樂美學，為二

胡演奏尋求更高之藝術表現。除了演奏之外同時也擔

任教學工作，受聘於國立臺灣師範大學音樂系及國立

臺灣藝術大學中國音樂系。

CHEN Hui-Chun, Concertmaster of the Taipei Chinese Orchestra, is a highly acclaimed and active Taiwanese erhu performer from the Department of Chinese Music, National Taiwan University of Arts and the Graduate Institute of Art Studies, Fo Guang University. She has experienced training from CHEN Su-Feng, WU Jung-Tsan and CHEN Ju-Chi, as well as in Ru Li AN, ZHU Changyao in Mainland China. She has been invited to perform TAN Dun’s Shuang Que for the Concert in Chiehshou Hall, Office of the President, Republic of China (Taiwan), and solo concerts at Musical Timisoara International Festival in Romania. She performed erhu concertos with Symphonic Orchestra of Oradea State Philharmony, Shanghai Broadcasting Symphony Orchestra, Macao Orchestra, Evergreen Symphony Orchestra, Taipei Philharmonic Orchestra, Taipei Chanson Chamber Orchestra, Chinese Music Orchestra of Jiangsu Province, and Taipei Youth Chinese Orchestra. She also premiered various works of international composers. She has lead TCO’s erhu concertos in international tours, and many solo concerts at National Recital Hall, extensively illustrating her expertise and diversity in artistic excellence. Her music expression is skillful, heartwarming and modest, and she is committed to explore the traditional aesthetics of Chinese Music while exemplifying the artistic excellence of erhu. She also instructs at the Department of Music, National Taiwan Normal University and the Department of Chinese Music, National Taiwan University of Arts.

曾幾何時，大家總喜歡聆聽司馬中原講述鬼故事，在既害怕又

期待的心情下，度過那一個又一個的夜晚；尤其在寒冬深夜，

聽他講起鬼故事，簡直讓人頭皮發麻，全身起冷顫。

或許您已好久沒聽到：「中國人怕鬼，西洋人也怕鬼」那獨特

的開場白，或許您根本未曾聽過司馬爺爺講述鬼故事。這回，

在7月盂蘭盆會與中元節前夕，TCO要以國樂搭配氛圍下，邀請

司馬中原躍上舞臺，與漢霖民俗說唱藝術團楊婷然小朋友進行

對談，以廣博的人生閱歷，聊民間奇聞怪談，話自己的前世今

生，談神鬼間的因果循環，讓大家共同回憶那一段講鬼故事的

歲月。

SIMA Zhongyuan is a storyteller, well known for telling ghost stories. Everyone loved it, awaited with impatience and heard it in a mood of horror. In winter night, his stories could make your hair stand on end and thrill.

He began the story by “The Chinese are afraid of ghost, but the Westerner too.” Or maybe you have never heard of it? On the eve of the 7th of July of Chinese lunar calendar – the day of the Feast of ghosts - TCO will accompany SIMA Zhongyuan’s stories, as he, in dialogue with the little guest YANG Ting-Ran from Hanlin Folk Arts Story-Telling Troupe, talks about the most strange stories that he heard of, as well as the previous births, the reincarnation… In short, it is the night that recalls the good old days of hearing ghost stories!

交響樂團與合唱團合作的作品，不勝枚

舉。然錢南章創作的《十二生肖》不改

創意本性，採用國樂團與合唱團的大型

編制。不僅如此，更有口技、音效、遊

戲、肢體動作、戲劇等多樣的表演呈

現，相當詼諧有趣。而負責填詞的賴美

貞，讓唱詞或蘊含中國民間故事、或潛

藏童話故事，還很在地化的，有國臺語

雙聲道，是雅俗共賞的作品。

有「中國琵琶西北音韻代表」曲文軍

創作的琵琶協奏曲《高原魂》，邀請

由長期關注世界各地傳統音樂的吳蠻來

演奏，且看她如何以自身豐富的世界經

驗，與北市國一同詮釋這首帶有民間音

樂色彩的樂曲。

There are many orchestral works containing choir. However, The 12 Animal Signs of Chinese Zodiac composed by CHIEN Nan-Chang is more than a grand piece of Chinese orchestra with choir. Vocal mimicry, sound effects, games, physical movements, drama are introduced into this vivid and humorous representation. LAI Mei-Chen, who wrote the text, associated the content with Chinese folk tales, fairy tale archetypes, even with Taiwanese language element. A feast for all kinds of tastes.

QU Wenjun, reputed as the representative of the pipa music of the Northwest China, composed the Pipa Concerto Soul of the Loess, interpreted by WU Man. Long time following and interpreting the traditional folk music of all over the world, she is the ideal person, together with TCO’s accompany, to interpret this piece full of folk color.

Lightly upon the Strings —Music of Guzhengby LUO Xiaoci

傳統音樂，映現的是生命涵養；當代作品，呼應的是

現前生態；當今的中生代，則是連接這兩者的一代。

作為中生代箏樂代表人之一的羅小慈，集創作、演

奏、演唱於一身，更曾舉辦書畫展，可謂現代的古典

才女。她還涉足古琴、民族聲樂、戲曲等傳統表演藝

術，而這些都轉化成養分，表現在古箏演奏、詩詞吟

唱與箏曲創作中。這場音樂會，將在文化學者林谷芳

的美學脈絡中，從箏獨奏、箏歌、箏與大提琴或打擊

樂，到箏與樂隊，以不同形式的箏樂，為有心人展現

箏的人文性及當代性。

Traditional music reflects the depth of life, and contemporary music echo modern moments. Middle-generation musicians are those who bridge these two approaches.

As one of the most prominent middle-generation guzheng musicians, LOU Xiaoci is a composer, instrumentalist, and vocalist. A modern renaissance woman, she has even held painting exhibitions. She has internalized her experiences in guqin, ethnic vocal music, Chinese opera and other traditional performance arts and reflected them on her guzheng performance, poetry recital, and musical composition. This concert follows cultural critic LIN Gu-Fang’s aesthetic philosophy to present different forms of guzheng music in solo, with vocal, with cello or percussion, and with a band, demonstrating the humanity and contemporaneity in guzheng.

以歲寒三友套曲《松》、《竹》、《梅》在國樂界佔有一席之地的作曲家鄭思森，不但

以作曲見長，更是國樂「跨界」先驅。他的作品不但橫跨表演藝術的領域，從音樂、舞

蹈、戲劇到戲曲，進一步為電視、電影做配樂，不但為當時的臺灣國樂注入了新氣息，

也讓國樂在生活中紮根。北市國將以這場音樂會，向這位國樂前輩致敬。

鄭思森11歲習琵琶，14歲奪下琵琶演奏一等獎，並保送廣東省汕頭市藝術專科學校，自

此展現音樂才華。歷經五次逃亡和三次下放勞改，終至香港與父母團圓。往後鄭思森活

躍於港、臺與新加坡，並選擇臺灣定居，推動臺灣國樂發展，不遺餘力，年僅43歲因癌

症辭世，令後輩不勝唏噓。

這場音樂會演出曲目還包括鄭思森琵琶協奏曲《玉露珠》以及雙胡競奏曲《路》，過往鄭

思森的指揮，宛如舞動；他的音符，總帶著畫面，雖無法親炙大師風采，但透過這場音

樂會，將可感受大師為臺灣國樂全心付出的力量。

Composer CHENG Si-Sum made his name in traditional Chinese music circles with his cyclic The Winter Trio: Pine, Bamboo and Plum Blossom. In addition to his compositional work, he was also a “crossover” pioneer in traditional Chinese music, with works spanning performance arts, from dance, drama, to opera, as well as scores for film and television. In his career, he invigorated traditional Chinese music in Taiwan, helping it take root in everyday life. With this concert, TCO pays tribute to his legacy.

CHENG Si-Sum learned the pipa when he was 11 and won his first top prize in pipa performance at 14, after which he was accepted with recommendation into Shantou City Art College in Guangdong, where he realized his musical potential. After fleeing from persecution five times and being sent to labor camps three times, he was finally reunited with his parents in Hong Kong. Afterwards, CHENG was active in Hong Kong, Taiwan, and Singapore. Eventually settling down in Taiwan, he devoted himself to the development of traditional Chinese music. To the loss of the music circle, CHENG died of cancer at the young age of 43.

The programme for the concert include CHENG’s pipa concerto Splendid Dew and The Path, concerto for Erhu and Zhonghu. In his life, CHENG’s conducting was as graceful as a dance, and his musical notes became visual. Although we can never again witness the master musician at work, this concert will remind you of his dedication to traditional Chinese music in Taiwan.

A voice from the distance calls, “Alas, the life I’ve had cannot be as beautiful as my appearance.” It is the sad and helpless voice of an era, the echo of a beating heart.

When it comes to Taiwanese glove puppetry, the first name you will hear is none other than HUANG Chun-Hsiung. He is the pioneering artist of Taiwan’s “Golden Rays Puppets.” After taking over his father HUANG Hai-Tai’s Wu Chou Yaun puppet troupe, his The Scholar Swordsman series, which premiered on TTV in 1970. At the time, when the show aired at noon, all people disappeared from busy streets as they went home to watch the spectacular and poignant stories told with puppets. His show was the event around which people arranged their lives.

講到布袋戲，一定會提到的名字不是別人，正是

黃俊雄！這位臺灣金光布袋戲承先啟後的大師，

一肩扛起父親黃海岱的「五洲園」，1970年首次

在臺視演出《雲州大儒俠》，當時中午電視開

演，鬧市馬路上人車不見蹤跡，全都在家裡看電

視裡的黃俊雄操偶移山倒海，愛得刺骨椎心，儼然

成為生活中最重要的事情。

時移事往，對於布袋戲的深刻記憶仍停留在最有

名的史艷文與二齒，北市國將邀請黃西田、西

卿、荒山亮與朱海君等多位唱將共同演出這一場

氣勢磅礡，又柔情萬千的布袋戲音樂會，讓您回

憶一下當年的布袋戲盛況。

揮簡文彬遇上指揮家鄭立彬時，「雙彬」理念與想法

一拍即合，除精選已發表過的經典作品外，還邀請洪

千惠、王辰威、王乙聿三位作曲家為樂團量身創作出

「不一樣」聲響的作品。

音樂會演出曲目囊括合奏曲及協奏曲，其中三弦協奏

曲《阿勒頗》以敘利亞古城阿勒頗為題材，借用木卡

姆音階來創作，是一首阿拉伯風格十足的作品，以三

弦來主奏及詮釋，別具特色。

或許您見過雙樂團演出的大型作品，但可曾看過雙指

揮、雙樂團作品？這次北市國不只要挑戰不同音樂風

格作品，更要打破樂團編制框架，邀請跨界作曲家王

“I would like to develop the sound and discover the possibilities of the Chinese musucal instruments and their combination, to find different acoustics for the Chinese music.” CHIEN Wen-Pin, permanent Resident Conductor at Deutsche Oper am Rhein, met CHENG Li-Pin who also shared the same idea. The “Double Pin” will conduct, in addition to several classic works, new creations of HUNG Chien-Hui, WANG Chenwei and WANG I-Yu commissioned by TCO for a different sound.

The concert includes orchestra works and Sanxian Concerto Aleppo, inspired by the ancient city of Syria. It is based on the modal concept of Muqam while sanxian renders a unique color to this work full of Arabic style.

You might have known large works for double orchestra, but have you ever seen and heard double orchestras directed by double directors? This is the challenge made by and for TCO – we will not only affront different styles, but also deconstruct the orchestra. We invited the composer WANG I-Yu to create a concerto for double orchestras based on the concept of mirror. Two orchestras and two conductors will play and relate to each other as in the mirror.

What kind of acoustic will it make in this unique and very experimental concert? The anticipation is worth to wait.

旅人，也會有家的方向。

31歲臺灣青年指揮張宇安，去年拿下羅馬尼亞第7屆布加勒斯特國際指揮大賽首獎，這是他的

第一個國際大賽首獎，也為他的指揮之途奠下了基礎。從一個非音樂班出身的國樂人，到現在

成為國際樂壇指揮新星，張宇安的拿獎的確鼓動人心。

張宇安高中起學笛，深具天分，後考上國立臺灣師範大學音樂系國樂組。在師大就讀期間被

指揮老師許心發掘有指揮潛力，急起直追，畢業後出國留學，現於柏林音樂院攻讀管弦樂指

揮。

北市國為培育人才，鼓勵新秀，今年特別邀請他返國指揮音樂會，回到他熟悉的國樂領域，與

征戰華樂圈屢獲佳績的竹笛演奏家吳佳蓁合作，帶來唐建平《飛歌》笛子協奏曲。其他曲目還

包括趙季平《慶典序曲》、彭修文《幻想曲─秦‧兵馬俑》等，名曲映美人，格外閃耀。

Travelers always know their way home.

Thirty-one- year-old Taiwanese conductor CHANG Yu-An won his first international top prize in the 7th International Conducting Competition in Bucharest, Romania. He sees this as a milestone in his conducting career. As a traditional Chinese musician who only began studying music in high school, CHANG’s ascension as a star conductor in Western music is a true inspiration.

CHANG Yu-An began studying di in high school. With his talent, he was accepted into the traditional Chinese music program at the Department of Music, National Taiwan Normal University. During university, his conducting instructor HSU Ching-Hsin realized his potential and helped him advance rapidly. After graduating from university, he began his studies abroad and is now studying orchestral conducting at the Hochschule für Musik Hanns Eisler in Berlin.

To help cultivate and encourage new talents, TCO has invited him to conduct a concert in his familiar field of traditional Chinese music, collaborating with award-winning bomboo flute player WU Chia-Chen in TANG Jianping’s di concerto, Feige. Other featured pieces include ZHAO Jiping’s Festival Overture and PENG Xiuwen’s The Fantasia - The Chin Dynasty Terra Cotta Soldiers. All of which are magnificent pairings of classic works and talented musicians.

甚麼是絕配？二話不說，當然是《神雕》配《梁祝》！

北市國首度邀請在國際上知名度最高的臺灣小提琴家林昭亮與樂團合作，帶來

由陳鋼與何占豪共同創作的《梁山伯與祝英台》小提琴協奏曲。該曲自問世以

來，已經成為國樂界最具知名度的小提琴協奏曲，至今錄音不斷。作品取材自

民間戲曲，而要將中國音樂中的五聲音階及戲曲韻腔在小提琴上演奏的淋漓盡

致，需有相當功力才能為之。

40年前，還是小提琴家的作曲家黃輔棠看完向同學借的金庸《神鵰俠侶》，頓

時迷住，立志要把裡面的人物、情節、感情化成音樂，用交響樂表現出來，之

後歷經數十年修改、校訂，終於完成這首全長60分鐘，共八個樂章的大型交響

樂作品，融合中國傳統和西洋古典曲式，更得到了金庸的高度肯定，武俠迷千

萬不要錯過！

What are perfect pairings? The Condor Heroes and the Butterfly Lovers, of course!

For the first time, TCO collaborates with the best-known Taiwanese violinist worldwide, LIN Cho-Liang, to present the violin concerto The Butterfly Lovers, composed by CHEN Gang and HO Zhanhao. Since its creation, the piece has become the best-known concertos in traditional Chinese music and has continued to be performed and recorded.Adapting from Chinese opera, the composers demonstrated their musical prowess in faithfully translating the pentatonic scale and vocal production from traditional Chiense music to violin.

Forty years ago, then a violinist, composer Fu Tong WONG read a copy of JIN Yong’s The Romance of the Condor Heroes. He was transfixed by the novel and decided to recreate its characters, stories, and emotions with orchestra. After decades of revision, he completed the 60-minute, 8-movement epic symphony that fuses traditional Chinese and classical Western styles and has won approval from the book’s author. This is a must-go concert for wuxia fans!

集指揮、作曲及演奏於一身的王正平，為臺北市立國樂團創團指揮，任內先後擔任過團

長、音樂總監，與北市國的淵源，緣深情切。

他曾獲紐約美華藝術協會「亞洲最傑出藝人獎」殊榮，不只擅長演奏琵琶、指揮樂團，更

為國樂團創作諸多樂曲。為了促進國樂團的多元發展，還推出新編京劇、為現代民族舞劇

作曲、指揮黃梅調音樂劇等；晚年還將佛教音樂引入音樂廳，推向世界。其一生對於國樂

的推廣與貢獻，絕不遺餘力。

2018年1月，適逢他逝世五周年，北市國特別策劃專場音樂會，精選他生平創作之國樂合奏

曲、舞劇組曲等代表作再現舞臺，以緬懷他與樂團的情／琴緣。

WANG Chen-Ping was a conductor, composer, and performing musician. He was the founding conductor of TCO and served as orchestra director and music director, forming an inseparable tie over the years.

WANG was received the Outstanding Asian Artists Award from Chinese American Arts Council in New York. He was known for his pipa performance, orchestral conducting, and compositions for the orchestra. To promote multifaceted growth of the orchestra, he produced new Peking operas, composed for contemporary ethnic dance dramas, and conducted Huangmei operas. In the later years of his career, he introduced Buddhist music to the Concert Hall and helped the genre reach the world. His lifelong contribution to traditional Chinese music is beyond doubt.

For his five-year death anniversary in January 2018, TCO has organized this concert, dedicated to his legacy and his commitment to the orchestra, featuring his original work in traditional Chinese music ensembles and dance dramas.

一年一度的臺北市傳統藝術季開幕音樂會，這次特別由北市國首席指揮瞿春泉擔綱指揮，

並邀請大陸二位頗負盛名的青年演奏家任潔與孫凰獨挑大樑，擔任樂曲協奏；同時，也委

託甫獲「2016 TCO國際作曲大賽」首獎的作曲家郭岷勤，為樂團量身創作新曲。

被中央電視臺評選「中國十大青年古箏演奏家」的任潔，是中國第一位文華獎、金鐘獎古

箏演奏雙料冠軍。其演奏的專輯唱片，也曾獲得臺灣第二十屆金曲獎「最佳演奏獎」。

胡琴演奏家孫凰則學習過小提琴，對於音準要求相當高，並追求「人琴合一」境界，長年

磨練出高超的演奏技巧。她曾榮獲第二屆CCTV民族器樂大賽拉弦組金獎及國際二胡大賽

的優秀指導教師獎等獎項。

這場音樂盛會，不僅可欣賞到演奏家們的高超演奏技藝，更能品味到多首具地方風格的音

The Annual Taipei Traditional Arts Festival Opening Concert this year will be headed by TCO’s principal conductor QU Chunquan and will feature two of China’s famous young musicians, Renjie and SUN Huang, in accompaniment. The concert will also present original music written for the orchestra by composer KUO Min-Chin, who won the grand prize in the 2016 TCO International Composition Competition.

Renjie was one of the “Top 10 Chinese Young Guzheng Musicians” by China Central Television (CCTV) and the first to win both a Wenhua Award and China Golden Bell Award in guzheng performance. An album for which she performed also won Best Instrumental Performance at the 20th Golden Melody Awards in Taiwan.

Erhu musician SUN Huang has experience in violin and has high standard for pitch precision. In pursuing the state of being one with her instrument, she has developed exceptional skills. She also won Gold Award in the string category at the 2nd CCTV Ethnic Instrumental Music Competition and an award for outstanding instruction in the International Erhu Competition.

立。而在講述三國的歷史小說裡，常常講的都是男人們

為了想得到天下想得到權力，如何的用盡心機……但，

如果不是男人呢？如果這件事全因一個女人而起呢？王

允對貂蟬有父女之愛，董卓對貂蟬有愛慕之情，呂布因

為愛貂蟬而殺了董卓，曹操貪戀貂蟬而殺了呂布，卻又

想利用貂蟬的美去蠱惑劉備，劉備將貂蟬送與好兄弟關

羽，但關羽卻愛上了貂蟬，在忠孝與美人之間難以抉

擇，而這個美麗的貂蟬，在被送來送去的過程中，真的

只是一個貢品，只是男人們的一顆旗子嗎？

Toward the end of the Eastern Han Dynasty, the world was at a tumultuous time. Clans of unuchs, consort kins, warlords fought against each other, the Middle Kingdom was split into warlords coalition, and finally became the Three Kingdoms. Historical novels of the Three Kingdoms often related how men were cunning and cut-throat for the power... But, why men? What if the whole conflict issued from a woman? Diaochan, daughter of Wang Yun, was craved by everyone. Dong Zhuo loved her and was killed by his ravel Lü Bu. She aroused the passion of Cao Cao who in his turn killed Lü Bu, but instead of having her, he used her as a trap to seduce Liu Bei, who, unmoved, gave her to his beloved brother Guan Yu. The hero resisted not the Beauty and fell in love with her, caught in a dilemma between loyalty and passion. While Diaochan, always in transaction as a precious present, is she only a pawn manipulated by men?

Video games such as Romance of the Three Kingdoms, Onmyoji, Xuan-Yuan Sword, and Chinese Paladin are great pasttimes in modern life, and the soundtracks in these games are keys to bringing their fictional worlds to life.

What would happen when a live orchestra interprets the cold soundtracks of electronic music? What would you feel hearing them played in traditional Chinese orchestra? To flip young people’s stereotypical perception of traditional Chinese music, TCO invited composer, pianist, and music producer Ivan LINN, who won the Gold Award at the Concours Grieg - International Piano Competition in Norway, to adapt selected video game soundtracks for the traditional Chinese orchestra.

Ivan LINN has played many solo piano concerts in many major concert halls across Europe. This time, he composes and accompanies a piano concerto based on video game soundtracks. 橫跨兩岸三地重量級國樂團，都有大師足跡，關廼忠指揮風采瀟灑自如，創作風格

豐富多變，東西方樂作在他獨具個人風格的詮釋下，總是熱情澎湃，線條流暢。關

廼忠對於臺灣有著特殊情感，他曾經擔任高雄市國樂團指揮，更是各大國樂團指揮

常客，雖移民加拿大，卻永遠想念著臺灣啤酒的酣暢淋漓。

這次受邀返臺舉行專場音樂會，曲曲經典，包括關廼忠膾炙人口的《臺灣風情》、

《豐年祭》與《第三交響曲》之外，北市國也委託關廼忠新創《錦繡河山》，並邀

請「二胡皇后」宋飛擔任演出，能夠親炙大師風采，豈能錯過！

With passionate music that comes from the heart, this is master conductor and composer KUAN Nai-Chung’s return to Taiwan’s music scene. Through his style of precision, meticulousness, and grandeur, he will lead TCO in bringing you his signature concert experience.

KUAN has worked with every major Chinese orchestras on both sides of the Strait. His conducting is unrestrained, and his compositions are diverse. Rendered with his unique personal style, both Eastern and Western music is imbued with passion and sleekness. KUAN has always felt a special connection to Taiwan, as he served as conductor in Kaohsiung Chinese Orchestra and other major Chinese orchestras. Although he immigrated to Canada, he has always missed the refreshing Taiwan Beer.

For this concert, KUAN will conduct some of his post celebrated works, including Taiwan Style, Harvest Festival, and Symphony No. 3. TCO has also commissioned KUAN on his original piece The Beautiful Homeland with the “Queen of Erhu” SONG Fei performing. Don’t miss the chance to witness their mastery firsthand!

琵琶近心，訴兒女意家國情，古詩或有：「屈指顰眉

歎歲華，總將心事付琵琶。不堪彈到關心處，蝴蝶

雙飛上鬢花。」且聽此時全球琵琶名家身影，世紀交

匯，盡在北市國！

四年一度的臺北市民族器樂大賽琵琶決賽，將在2018

年登場，除了青年好手的臺上較勁之外，獲決賽優勝

者也將與琵琶名家同臺獻技。此次邀請的琵琶名家包

括湯良興、吳蠻、吳玉霞、周韜、王世榮等兩岸名

家，彼此各有姿態，各展風采。

音樂會將由瞿春泉擔任指揮，演出曲目均為琵琶名

作，包括琵琶傳統代表曲、根據古琴曲改編曲，以及

當代名作曲家的代表作。樂曲曲風或陽剛，或嬌柔，

總有低低切切琵琶音。

The pipa is an instrument that liberates feelings from the heart, to tell stories of romance, home, and country. One classical poem goes, “Counting the years, frowning on time passing/ The worries can only be told to the pipa/ As I reach the heart of the tune/ A pair of butterflies perched on my graying hair.” Come listen to pipa masters from around the world gathering in TCO!

The Pipa Finals for the quadrennial Taipei Chinese Instrumental Competition will be held in 2018. Young musicians will compete on stage, and the winner will join pipa masters in a performance. This year’s featured pipa masters include TANG Liang Xing, WU Man, WU Yuxia, ZHOU Tao, and WANG Shih-Jung from both sides of the Strait. They will each bring to the stage their character and style.

The concert will be conducted by QU Chunquan, and the programme comprises only the best pipa pieces, from traditional pipa compositions, adaptations of guqin pieces, to iconic works by contemporary composers. Through both masculine and feminine styles of music, the sounds of pipa is always ever so immediate.

「從不同樂種找尋新的素材，新的節奏與新的聲

音，創造國樂的各種可能性。」一直是國樂發展

的目標，這些新時代之音，有時會喧嘩失敗，

有時亮麗精彩，有時會像遠方的鼓聲，遙遠而模

糊，但卻指引著未來前行的方向。

初夏晚風，搖擺爵士，北市國將舉行一場國樂與

爵士樂的跨界音樂會。音樂會將由指揮樊德生擔

綱，「臺灣鼓王」黃瑞豐、爵士鋼琴家傑里米‧

蒙泰羅、低音提琴家莊嘉維等都將親自出馬，分

別以自己擅長的爵士鼓、鋼琴跟低音提琴等樂

器，與國樂團來場爵士的雙人舞。

下半場則將以民歌為主，包括中國民歌《小河淌

水》、《對花》；作曲家鮑元愷的《宜蘭童謠》、

《龍山晚鐘》、《高山青》等，也將演出餘韻繞

樑，風靡20世紀上半期的《情人的眼淚》，帶著

樂迷們浪漫爵士一整晚。

Look for different elements from different genres, search new rhythms and sounds, create all kinds of possibilities – are guidelines for the evolution of Chinese music. Sometimes those contempory sounds failed to match, at other times they brought sparkle, some other times they appeared like the distant drums, whose beats, although distant and vague, led a possible direction.

In the early summer day, as the breeze cools down the night, there is nothing greater than having the swing of jazz. That’s why TCO organizes this cross-genre concert of Chinese music and jazz. This special concert will be conducted by John van DEURSEN with Rich HUANG (King of Drums in Taiwan), jazz pianist Jeremy MONTEIRO, and bassist Kevin CHUAN. Each will play his instrument and have a jazzy dialogue with TCO.

The second part of the concert switches to folksong, including Chinese folksongs Flowing Stream, Flower Dialogue, and Yilan Children’s Ditty, The Bell of the Lungshan Temple in Lukang, Song of Alishan Mountain composed by BAO Yuankai. There is also the classic – so popular during the first half of the 20th century – Lover’s Tears, for ending the romantic jazz night.

Carnatic music是南印度音樂的統稱，由Raga的旋律調

式和Tala節奏模式的循環組成，並著重演奏者的即興

變奏能力。它更著重人聲，即使是器樂曲亦以摸仿人

聲為主。傳統Carnatic music與民間音樂、節慶音樂互

有影響，甚至影響了今日印度的寶萊塢電影音樂。始

於對自然敬畏的Carnatic music，逐漸發展到對神的讚

美，並有多樣的樂器與歌唱、舞蹈、戲劇等多元的表

演形式。

此次北市國特別邀請四位著名的南印度音樂演奏家來

臺，包括打擊樂（Mridangam & Kanjira）演奏家的普

發魯‧斯里吉（Poovalur SRIJI），印度竹笛演奏家兼

教育家的羅摩·迦耶那（Raman KALYAN），運用薩克

斯風巧妙結合Carnatic與爵士於音樂中的帕尚‧拉達

克里希南（Prasant RADHAKRISHNAN），以及52年來

首位獲得柯林斯堡交響樂團（Fort Collins Symphony）

Carnatic music is a system of music commonly associated with the southern India, it is composed with raga (the mode) and tala (the rhythmic cycles), the musicians’ improvisation and composition are essential. The main emphasis in Carnatic music is on vocal music, even when played on instruments, they are meant to be performed in a singing style. Traditionally Carnatic music had mutual influence on and by the folk music and festive music, and eventually it shaped the Bollywood songs. Originally created from the fear of Nature, gradually evolving into the form of gods praising, today, Carnatic music is presented in concert with various elements from vocal, instruments to dance and drama.

For this occasion, four well-known Carnatic musicians are invited by TCO, including percussionist Poovalur SRIJI, specializing in the Mridangam & Kanjira, flutist and educator Raman KALYAN, saxophonist Prasant RADHAKRISHNAN who cleverly combined Jazz with Carnatic music, and Jonathan JONES, the first clarinetist in 52 years to win the Grand Prize of the Ft. Collins Symphony International Artist Competition, to interpret the musical heritage of South India.

絲綢之路是東西方文化交流的重要管道，不管在政治、

經濟、教育、文化或宗教，都有深遠的影響。尤其是新

疆，它是通往西域的重要門戶，在境內擁有許多有別於

中原的文化，在音樂及舞蹈方面，更是獨樹一幟。在現

代國樂作品中，有許多作曲家以當地歌舞音樂為素材甚

或為它量身創作新曲。這場音樂會即是以「絲路」為主

軸，並精選了數首具絲路風或以新疆民間音樂素材的作

品，讓愛樂者能一覽絲路旖旎風光。

在音樂會中，還特別邀請現旅居美國的南印度米里丹

甘鼓（Mridangam）演奏家普發魯‧斯里吉（Poovalur

SRIJI）與樂團合作演出。斯里吉不但是擊樂演奏家、教

育家、作曲家，同時也是全印度廣播電臺認證的最頂尖

藝術家。此次與北市國合作演出，他將為樂團量身創作

新曲，並由他親自擔任米里丹甘鼓的獨奏。當南印度古

典音樂遇上濃濃絲路風音樂，二種不同音樂文化相互衝

擊下，將會激盪出什麼樣的火花，敬請拭目以待。

The Silk Road was an important path of exchange between the East and the West, influencing the politics, economics, education, cultures, and religions of the world. Xinjiang, in particular, served as China’s gateway to the West. The region contained cultures that were distinct from cent-ral China and have unique styles of music and dance. Among works of traditional Chinese music in modern times, many were based on the local music in Xinjiang or were inspired by its cultures. The theme of this concert is the Silk Road, and it features many pieces from the genre described above, taking patrons on a journey to the Silk Road era of Xinjiang.

A highlight of the concert is U.S.-based musician Poovalur SRIJI, who plays the South-Indian instrument Mridangam. SRIJI is a percussion musician, educator, composer, and a top artist recognized by All India Radio. For this collaboration with TCO, he will compose original music specifically for the concert, with himself as the mridangam soloist. 歷史的吶喊　大地悲歌

一聲聲源自內心的呼喊直達天際，傳來靈魂之音，霎時灰飛煙滅，天崩地裂，揭開了《大地悲歌》（又名

《重慶大轟炸》）的序幕。

以大型國樂交響化作品形式，呈現一段過往的血淚歷史，由中央民族樂團駐團作曲家王丹紅擔綱創作，陳

心傑、王川平作詞的《大地悲歌》將在臺灣首演。王丹紅以獨特視角譜寫出〈大轟炸〉、〈思念〉、〈故

鄉〉、〈參軍去遠征〉、〈稻花香〉、〈生死之門〉、〈燃燒的石頭〉、〈山城之夜〉、〈天堂〉、〈希

望之光〉等十個樂章，以音符再現戰爭悲歌，並表達出作品希望以史為鑒，呼籲世界永久和平的心願。

《大地悲歌》使用了包括國樂、交響樂與聲樂演唱等多重形式，除了有當代創作哲思之外，也展現了重慶

鮮明的地方特色。從第一樂章初始，靜默中合唱團突然以驚人的力量爆發，如雷聲般喚醒重慶人民對歷史

的沉思和回顧；緊接的〈大轟炸〉到〈希望之光〉，從默默承受到挺身承受，找到了一種悲愴的共鳴。

A Cry from History - Earth Elegy

Cries from the heart reach the heavens. The sounds of souls were suddenly silenced - annihilated - leading into Earth Elegy (also known as The Bombing of Chongqing).

Through traditional Chinese music in large-scale symphonic form, a history of hardship is reenacted. This is the Taiwanese debut of Earth Elegy, composed by China National Traditional Orchestra’s resident composer WANG Danhong with lyrics by CHEN Xinjie and WANG Chuanping. From her unique perspective, WANG Danhong created ten movements, titled The Bombing, Longing, Homeland, The Long March, Scent of the Rice Flower, The Gate of Life and Death, Burning Stones, Night on the Mountain Town, Heaven, and Light of Hope. With music, she reminds the audience of the sadness of war and imparts a vision of learning from history and safeguarding the world of peace.

Earth Elegy consists of multiple musical forms - traditional Chinese music, symphony, and vocals. It demonstrates modern creative approaches while highlighting Chongqing as a distinct setting. In the beginning of the first movement, the energy of the chorus bursts from silence, thunderously inspiring the audience of historical reflection and introspection. In the following movements, from The Bombing to Light of Hope, the spirit of the music shifts from passively suffering to bravely confronting adversities, concluding in wistful contemplation.

每一座城市，都有屬於它的音樂森林。

紐約的中央公園，是紐約愛樂的露天音樂殿堂；柏林的溫布尼森林，是柏林愛樂一

年一度的夏日音樂饗宴殿堂；臺北「都市之肺」大安森林公園，今年也將有臺北市

立國樂團接棒，用各國作曲家的巧音樂思，帶領樂迷感受音樂的美好。

今年音樂會由于興義擔任指揮，自由出入國樂與歌仔戲雙專長的呂冠儀（LULU）

擔任主持人。音樂會從作曲家鮑元愷的〈宜蘭童謠〉開始到影視配樂家陳揚的《桂

花巷》；從音樂大腕趙季平的《飛天》到隋利軍的《關東序曲》，首首曲風多元，

伴隨秋日夜晚涼風，洗去一天煩憂。

音樂會特別邀請畢業自法國師範高等音樂學院的長笛演奏家華姵，演奏作曲家為她

量身創作的《春風夜雨情》。另外還邀請80歲薩克斯風演奏家周高俊現場演出《我

的方向》、《找一個下雨天》、《出埃及記》等名曲。這位「活到老、演到老」的

音樂家，在臺灣60到80年代叱吒風雲，曾在第16屆金馬獎、第7屆金鐘獎擔任編曲

與指揮，帶領50個人的大樂隊演出，至今他依舊每日練習，不曾離開音樂之路，令

人期待。

作夥伴的琵琶演奏家吳蠻，被美國《洛杉磯

時報》評論為「將琵琶介紹給西方的重要音

樂家」。她曾說：「當今演奏家的責任，不是

野。」因此，她從世界的角度看琵琶。

移居美國的吳蠻，接連創下許多世界第一的紀錄：

芬廳、荷蘭阿姆斯特丹大會堂等著名音樂廳演出的

中國樂器演奏家；全球最大古典音樂藝人經紀公司

叨絮吟詠為何人妙指禪心琵琶王

提起臺灣琵琶的發展，不得不推崇一生致力於琵琶音樂創作、

演奏的王正平，尤其他的「下出輪」演奏指法，更是琵琶界一

絕。1989年，他獲得英國CNAA音樂哲學博士，為國樂界第一位博

士，除了傳承古典國樂，也是演奏現代琵琶作品的第一人，並以

「曲由指轉，指由心轉，意境自在不言中」，開創出全新一套演

奏美學，奠定一代琵琶宗師地位。

他生前創作過許多琵琶、柳琴獨奏曲及佛曲，這場音樂會特別精

選多首代表作品，並邀請了他的得意門生登臺共同詮釋。透過這

場音樂會，讓我們一起回味並感受他的國樂美學思想。

成語「蕤賓鐵響」一詞出自唐·段安節《樂府雜錄．

琵琶》，後人將它「比喻彈奏技藝的精妙超絕」，其

中「蕤賓」為古樂十二律之一。這場音樂會期望藉其

概念傳遞古韻之美及觀眾在聆賞音樂之際，感受擊樂

磅礡的聲響；同時，這也是獨奏者對自己演奏境界的

一個期許。整場音樂會以個人擊樂形式為主，另特別

臺北市立國樂團附設合唱團多年致力於推廣臺

灣精緻合唱藝術，藉由合唱音樂達到國際文化

交流的目的。自2015年起推出一系列雙城合唱

樂展音樂會，以合唱音樂聯結臺北市與其他國

家首善之都，進而達到立足臺北放眼國際的宏

觀。這場音樂會是合唱雙城樂展系列的第三場

音樂會，將透過演唱菲律賓與臺灣之聖樂、民

謠、藝術歌曲以及雋永老歌等，呈現不同的音

樂文化風情，盼望帶給愛樂朋友們新的音樂歷

程與視野。

由來自臺灣各地國、高中好手所組成的TCO青少

年國樂團，連續11年來的年度定期音樂會，皆造

成一票難求的盛況，今年12月將再度登場，帶來

時下各樂器最熱門的協奏曲，並由團內甄選脫穎

而出5位佼佼者邱蕙、王品予、陳以軒、黃沛玲及

王彥瑾擔任協奏，精彩可期。

除協奏曲外，樂團合奏部分也精選了作曲家姜瑩

近年新作《印象國樂》，同時特別委託作曲家黃

新財為樂團量身創作《上元印象》，世界首演。

在歡快節奏與優美旋律鋪陳下，為12月的臺北天

Music & Flowers—TCO Teachers Orchestra Concert

琴、棋、書、畫自古以來是中華文化最精髓的藝術形

式。TCO教師國樂團的老師們在春風化雨的同時，也

不斷精進自身的藝術涵養，這場音樂會以「花」與「

樂」為主題，用多媒體呈現音樂與水墨畫的藝術交

匯，展現團員們多才多藝的一面。上世紀30年代的無

聲老電影《一剪梅》，委託創作現場配樂搭配辯士開

講，讓觀眾在聽覺和視覺的多重享受中，品味上一代

臺灣人共同的記憶。

我的法國朋友

「育藝深遠—藝術教育啟蒙方案」為臺北市政府於民國94年9月

起，配合九年一貫教育「人文與藝術」課程的規劃，讓文化藝術

自然融入正式課程之中。

繼「英雄系列」造成熱烈迴響，TCO將推出全新的製作「我的法

國朋友」，結合戲劇、舞蹈、音樂⋯⋯包括知性、理性與感性。

臺北市政府文化局與教育局攜手合作，TCO企劃、製作，為三萬

人次國小六年級學童，打造新藝術基石，帶給學童最Happy的體

驗與美麗回憶。

表達感性內斂，樂曲詮釋獨樹一格；長年參與樂隊及二

胡協奏曲演出，對獨奏與樂團聲響之融合，有相當程度

之理解與掌握。音樂會裡特別力邀著名作曲家蘇文慶及

黃新財為她量身創作大型二胡協奏曲。作品風格或旋律

張阿火在戲班演小旦而稱阿火旦。一次演戲時阿火旦同鄉

與人衝突而械鬥，阿火旦為掩護同鄉被捕。恰逢清法戰

爭，法軍攻打滬尾（淡水），阿火旦率同鄉五百人迎淡水

清水祖師投入戰場，奇蹟擊退法軍成為救鄉土的英雄。

繼作曲家李哲藝、陸橒之後，台灣愛樂再次為臺灣作曲家

王乙聿舉辦專場音樂會，深富傳承與創新之意義。

王乙聿也是一位優秀二胡演奏家，音樂會將以其二胡作品

為主軸，除由年輕二胡演奏家蔡鎮宇、陳筱喬二位擔任主

奏外，他亦將親自擔綱《弦二》協奏曲的演出，同時為本

場音樂會再創新曲《臺灣最美風景》。最道地的音樂詮

釋，千萬不能錯過這難得機會！

長坂坡前，趙子龍為救幼主阿斗闖入曹營，靡夫人井前

告白，趙雲一愣時，靡氏放下阿斗，縱身跳入井中，子

龍隨之跳進井內，時空魔井瞬間將時空轉移，將子龍被

帶到了民國年代的臺灣。

永樂大戲院請來新的文和客家戲劇團，眾人被要求排演

長坂坡一劇時，趙雲卻突然穿越而來，整個劇團因此起

了奇妙的變化。……

近年來溫室效應造成地球暖化現象，使各

地氣候異常，破壞了原本美麗自然的景

觀，更造成天災不斷，此次音樂會精心安

排古箏與各種樂器搭配演奏大自然有關之

曲目，曲目包含傳統、跨界，邀約臺灣青

年作曲家及文化資產的藝師王錫坤共襄盛

舉，藉以喚醒大眾珍愛地球，保護環境資

源，就從每個人做起。

白月明是人稱「鬼子」的棺中所產之遺腹子，能通

陰陽並有一身高深法術，離群避隱幽月居。

原只冷眼看待紅塵，不想涉足人間俗事的他，因文

真質樸的個性吸引，插手黃府之事，從而衍生一段

情仇愛恨，糾結不斷，發人深省的故事。

《猩猩膽》是描述一段生死無悔、刻骨銘心的人妖

戀愛物語。

在猩猩蛻變之劇情表現裡，融入傳統「川劇變臉」

和「視覺系化妝特效」，搭配著「現代專業舞臺技

術」，呈現出半人半獸的妖魔猙獰面貌，但卻對紅

塵愛情之追求抱持著無怨無悔，悽美哀怨地向天發

「A Root 同根生」是一個串聯民族器樂與爵士音樂

語彙的融合樂團。在北管鑼鼓、客家歌謠、泰雅

古調等素材中，以自由即興及世界音樂語彙概念

中穿梭，想像傳統素材的當代生活。

這場音樂會以宜蘭地景、橋樑為主題創作的詩文出

發，透過音樂、音景與影像，打造「聲音詩」的創

作形式。藉以講述關於生態與人文的故事，來表

達對環境的沈澱與反思，同時也呼應「橋樑」的隱

喻，串連各類型的藝術媒材而為土地創作。

豬八戒與音樂精靈帶著「神奇的胡琴」，來到寶島

臺灣！善良的音樂精靈，一心想淨化人心、改造地

球，沒想到「神奇的胡琴」卻不聽話。原本想改造

臺灣的音樂精靈，竟然變成「魔琴妖精」，造成土

石流、地震、海嘯等大災難！豬八戒該如何拯救發

狂的音樂精靈與亂七八糟的環境呢？……

2018臺北市民族器樂大賽【琵琶】

臺北市民族器樂大賽為國際性音樂比賽，源於1987年起由行政院文化建設

委員會不定期承辦之「民族器樂協奏大賽」，自1993年起由臺北市政府主

辦，臺北市立國樂團承辦，並更名為「臺北市民族器樂大賽」。

每年以琵琶、二胡、笛子三項樂器為主要比賽項目，輪流舉辦。曾於2007

年辦理「古箏」，2013年辦理「打擊」，2014年辦理「揚琴」等。2015

年辦理TCO國際指揮大賽，2016年辦理國際作曲大賽。2017年辦理器樂的

比賽項目為笛子。2018年比賽項目為琵琶。

TCO Channel 為臺北市立國樂團在YouTube網站設置

的專屬頻道，內容主要收錄樂團歷年音樂會精彩現

場演出片段，提供喜愛國樂觀眾的一個影音平臺，

同時呈現樂團最精緻、多元化的節目內容。

2008年《北市國樂》以《新絲路》為名，重新整裝

上路，2013年4月改版為《國樂．新絲路》雜誌，自

2015年起改為電子版發行，喜愛《國樂．新絲路》
