Lebronze alloys has a wide range of installed forging and machining capability allowing to provide finished products from a few grams to several hundred kilos:

For high performance copper alloys, we provide our clients with economically and environmentally friendly optimized products based on our fully integrated manufacturing process from metal casting to final surface treatment.

Experts in processing aluminium

Lebronze alloys is today a major player in the aluminium industry.

The combination of the Group’s various production facilities, allows us to supply from the simplest to the most complicated parts in a full range of aluminium alloys.

We can machine from bars as well as from parts that are forged in our facilities by either:

• open die-forging

• hot-stamping

• ring rolling

All heat treatment processes are performed within our own furnaces.

Your partner for precision machining

Lebronze alloys owns and operates a pool of 154 turning and milling machines:

• 76 machining centers from 3 to 5 axes, including 14 transfer machines

• 78 horizontal and vertical machining centers

Furthermore, we have various complementary equipment such as boring machines, drilling machines, electroerosion machines and saws, certifying the continuous renewal of our asset pool as well as the Group’s determination to pursue its investment strategy.Over the past 5 years, the Group invested in 16 new machining centers of the latest generation, including multi spindle and multi-axis machines. We have a strong experience in machining difficult or special alloys.
