PROGRAMME INFORMATIONThe aim of this programme is to support international students in gaining professional knowledge in early childhood education. English language is embedded in this programme to assist students meeting the required level for higher study.

Five core strands are covered including:

FURTHER STUDY OPTIONSOn successful completion, graduates can study in the transition programme (one trimester) and enrol on the Whitireia Bachelor of Teaching (Early Childhood Education) at year three, provided the degree entry requirements are met.

CAREER OPPORTUNITIESGraduates gain a sound background in early childhood education which provides opportunities in New Zealand or your home country.
