5 STEPS TO GOING LIVE! 1: THE BRIEF Send us a written brief including an outline of your content and the aims of your publication. 2: THE QUOTE We arrange a phone call/meeting with you to discuss the brief and provide you with the costs and options available. 3: THE HANDSHAKE Once you are happy to move forward we provide you with a contract to sign. 4: THE PROCESS We’ll use your brief to start producing a stunning digital interactive publication. You (the client) will be part of this process, and will be given 3 opportunities for making amends. 5: THE LAUNCH Once your fully satisfied, the publication will launch on a date agreed by both parties.

(i) Our guide on creating a brief for your publication Aims – What is your main objective for creating a digital magazine? Are you looking to reach a bigger audience, reduce publishing costs, provide a multi platform publication, or all three? Please outline any additional objectives?

Content – Establish what content you want to digitize. Please give us an indication of the quantity (e.g. number of pages). Is it existing content or new content? Is it mainly text or image based? Does it include rich media such as video? Any additional detail at this stage would help us provide you with the best options.
