Activity (Open Question)
MI Digital Learning Experience
Introduction of a subject: at thebeginning of a step to introduce asubject and encourage reflection
Presentation of learners: By doingso, learners will get to know others. Inan environment of trust, it is easier toreceive advices from others andinitiate change. A reply is valorizedwhen another learner likes it: this alsohelps timid people expressthemselves.
Confrontation of theory andpractice: an open question can beasked after the completion of alearning resource. The resource'sstatements can be questioned orcorroborated, depending on theprofessional experience of learners.
Sharing of experience: After anassignment to ask learners to describetheir experience. They can talk aboutthe lessons learned while doing theassignment and the results achieved.People may get inspired from others’experience. All this may lead to theimplementation of best practices andthe avoidance of mistakes inside anorganization.

Communication plan
To motivate people to change, to create the awareness of the need to change, to state the ambition, so people understand the benefits of changing.
Launching the development path When launching the path, it is key tocommunicate on the objective of the program, the benefits, what’s in it for the participants, and what we expect from them. To do this, we use different tools, such as: virtual kick-offmeeting, teasers, newsletter, video welcome message)
Communication throughout the path In a process where we move from a puretraining approach to a development approach, participants need to be constantly supportedand motivated. This will guarantee that change happens. Tools used are: videocasts, reminders, information and congratulations emails, certificate sent by email, newsletter, discussion forum
Benefits of this approach
Better awareness: your participants understand what’s in it for them, and why they need tochange ; A more efficient solution: more motivation, more commitment. A simplecommunication, using the best that new technologies can offer, while cost-effective. Acustom solution that we design together with you, to guarantee success.
Thanks to the communication plan we guarantee:
1. Strong commitment
2. Long-term change
3. Higher Return on InvestmentA real meaning that is given by CEO, team leader,
director of training, …
