Who we are

HiRes was started in 2002 and specialized in in-store branding. This is what encourages customers to visit stores, or persuades them to buy the right things once they’re inside. According to surveys carried out, about 80 % of all decisions to buy things are made by people once they are actually in the store In store branding gives customers the immediate feeling that they are connected to the brands. This principle applies both for commercial stores or ambience-building, eg: thematic room or office decoration. HiRes has worked with both end user and consultants -- from retailers, visual merchandisers, hospitals, mall managements, interior designers, design agencies, banks, contractors etc.

What we do

1. In-store branding : Large format printing with Outdoor durability - Indoor quality using Japanese technology machines and European material. What we design in our computer monitor are converted into   Wall Sticker, Glass Decals, Cutting Stickers, Banners, Floor Stickers, Posters, Light Box, display, signage (acrylic cutting, stainless, aluminum), etc

Since 2013, HiRes has supported Trans F&B group (Coffee Bean, Baskin Robbins & Wendy’s) in their store communication, making sure that the wallpaper stickers, banners and menu board are of high-quality. In 2014 & 2015, we were part of the team to roll out the price change communication, simultaneously throughout 130 stores nationwide, covering Jabodetabek, Bandung, Bali, Solo, Makassar, Surabaya, and among others.

Case Study Bank Woori Saudara

In June 2015, a Korean bank, Woori Bank, merged with Bank Saudara and as a result had to change all its indoor and outdoor signages, including those in the ATMs on its 127 branches across Java, Bali and Palembang, all needed to be implemented within 2,5 months after HiRes won the pitch. The challenges varied between execution that can only be done after business hours, inter-party coordination following the merge and logistics (HiRes had to develop a new survey system as the signages database for size and materials were incomplete, the signages needed different materials one another and the branches are mostly located in the rural areas). In addition to the printing and installing rollout, HiRes was also responsible to standardize the color palette of the new bank logo using customized coloring and proof print.

A mega printing project – over 2.200 m2 of output (compared to a “normal” F&B outlet output of 40 m2), IPC through interior contactor requested HiRes to help out in branding the thematic decoration across its classroom and campus. Working with a design studio in translating the client’s wish, HiRes proudly delivered the job with impeccable quality.

Collaborating with an interior design firm PT Harmoni Lintas Gaya who has the right to Disney's wall decor license in Indonesia as part of Disney's CSR program and having gone through Disney’s strict quality audit, HiRes has enrolled Disney-thematic-rooms implementation in 5 major hospitals in Indonesia, in Jakarta and Bandung (RS Cipto Mangunkusumo Kiara, Fatmawati Hospital, Brawijaya Woman & Children Hospital, Harapan Kita Anak & Bunda Hospital, Hasan Sadikin Bandung). All output is guaranteed to comply with Disney’s standard, as master files are sourced globally from Disney local representatives.
