PERSONAL STATEMENTAs a highly motivated general manager within the leisure industry, I was involved with managing security operations

including a night security team. This position involved coordinate security staff around seafront areas and gardens and

using CCTV and working in conjunction with agencies such as the Police and local authority.

. Writing and presenting reports and devising and advising on security strategy which would involve partner working a

range of groups and organisations for example crowd control during public events like the weekly fireworks show and the

Coastguards. Collected and deposited securely between leisure outlets and seafrot kiosks

Bournemouth and Poole Seafront.

Over 15 years experience as a door security supervisor including continuous professsional and development training

needs.

This provided me with vast experience in working for private clients and the public in a range of locations around Dorset

Providing leadership in security services and close protection services in clubs, festivals and other events. I was

instrumental in initiating

weapons detection and training with staff.

My focus is good outcomes, customer safety and satisfaction is a priority as is the providing of a sensitive, discrete and

confidential service. During my appointment into the Royal Guards as part of a team of guards I was involved with

surveillance and security to the Spanish royal family. This would include the safety and security to the royal family,

members of state and visitors ensuring protection of person and property as part of national security approach.

As a security team leader in the Spanish Underground in Madrid, I lead a rapid response security team. This involved

good time management, organisation skills, ability to remain calm in volatile sitiuations and deliver clear and concise

instructions whilst under pressure.
