Diagnostic Machine Placement Program for Medical Professionals I The Device The device is a diagnostic machine that is a non-invasive scanner that can detect early onset of diabetes, heart disease, HIV, liver disease and several other diseases. If the patient is already suffering from one of these diseases, the machine can help to assess effectiveness of the patients treatment plan. No other scanner in the market detects as many metrics as ours. This is the ONLY scanner on the market with FDA approval. We are giving these machines to qualified medical offices with a medical assistant to run the scans. II The Set-Up The doctors who have a machine placed in their office have a standing order for all patients to be scanned prior to seeing the doctor. To receive a machine, the doctor must see at least 8 eligible patients a day. An eligible patient would be someone on private insurance or Medicare who has not been scanned in the last three months. Patients can be rescanned quarterly. If a doctor meets the threshold, we will provide the scanner and a medical assistant to run it at no cost to the doctor or office. We do all the billing. They are instantly able to improve patient care while generating an additional revenue stream. The doctors need to provide a space for the medical assistant to work. We do the scans and give the results to the patient and the doctor to review together. The results are color coded for easier interpretation. III The Benefits Early diagnosis of these terrible diseases as well as treatment assessment for people already battling the diseases can save lives. Doctors with these scanners are able to offer an additional benefit to each and every patient at no additional cost to the doctor or patient. Doctors receive a monthly check for hosting the device and reviewing the results with their patients. Doctors currently using the device are generating an additional $15,000-$50,000 in monthly revenue. Doctors receive a $50 professional fee for every patient with private insurance scanned and a $300 fee for every patient with Medicare scanned. This compensation contract is based on an average of 70% private insurance to 30% Medicare mix. Contracts may change if the mix is very different and the doctors’ compensation could suffer as a result (for examples- doctors not accepting Medicare patients).
