    HOW: Usually work together on an ongoing day by

    day basis. EXAMPLE : Finance Division, Small group of employee responsible for managing

    IIUM financial status, delivers financial update serviceto students, staffs, lecturers (Internal Customer)

    Purpose: to get workers from diverse specialties to blend their

    Engineer,) at thesame organ. level (same posts, more or less, get

    Almighty Allah (SWT) says in the NobleQur'an: "And hold fast all together by the

    rope which Allah (stretches out for you) andbe not divided among yourselves; andremember with gratitude Allah's favor on

    you; for ye were enemies and He joined yourhearts in love so that by His grace ye becamebrethren; and ye were on the brink of the pit

    of fire and He saved you from it. Thus dothAllah make his signs clear to you: that ye maybe guided." Noble Qur'an (3:103)

    prayers. In fact, if we fail to work effectively as a

    member of team, we fail to understand the truemeaning of "Ummah (collectively unitedCommunity)" in Islam.

    Tabuk, Uhud and Badr.

    The groups in the Muslim societies are placedat the centre of the social activities. Islamtells us the relationships among the people

    and also differentiates what is personal andwhat is business.

    Work as a team to build a country and not

    work as team to be an enemy.
