Our extensive line of industrial dispensing robots and cartesian robots is specifically designed and configured for use with Technodigm syringe barrel and valve configurations. Platforms range from 200mm x 200mm all the way to 500mm x 500mm, making them an ideal solution for batching or critical dispensing applications. Technodigm’s cartesian robots offer the flexibility of working either as a stand-alone system or as a key part of an automated solution. These desktop dispensing robots are easily integrated into in-line transfer systems, rotary tables and pallet assembly lines. Gantry Robots GR3000GR3000, Gantry Dispensing Robot comes with servo controlled ball screw driven by servo motors. With a resolution of less than 2μm per axis, it is designed for precision dispensing, very good accuracy and repeatability. The PC based software comes with an interface that allows easy programming and editing. Design with fl exibility to be used with many different types of dispensing systems, these Gantry Dispensing Robots will meet most demanding applications. Optional Fiducial and needles calibration are also available.
