Technodigm dispensing valves provide ON-OFF functions, and metering in the proper ratio of A and B components is controlled by the metering pumps. Snuff Back ValveSBV100 is a snuff back valve. The action of this valve is such that on the retraction of the piston, a “negative pressure” is created to “pull back” the material so as to achieve a quick cut off and or prevent dripping of material. Positive Displacement ValvePDV 100 can be used as a positive displacement valve for dotting processes. It is designed such that with an appropriate combination of fl uid pressure and fast closing time, a consistence amount of material can be achieved repeatedly. However if line dispensing is what is needed, this valve can also be used. Wetted chamber are of stainless steel with Tefl on seals.

Precision Piston Valve andController NV300 & NVC3000NV300 is a dedicated valve designed for small volume dispensing applications. It can be used for dots, lines, potting or any applications that requires good volume precision. It has a good positive shut off that also enables it to dispense without dripping. Maintenance is relatively easy and all wetted parts are made of stainless steel. NV300 works with a controller, NVC3000. When connected to the NV3000, all the parameters necessary for good control and dispensing can be set. NVC3000 is a micro processor based controller.
