Login page

This is Login page. If user have no account, then he will click on New User to create new account.

Create Account

User submit his information to create new accountEach user has given separate Login Id and password for security purpose.

Create New Estimate

•User create new estimate by selecting Zone ,Area ,Year of DSR and Name of work.•Each Estimate item having different rate for different Zone,Area,Year.

New Estimate Items

-Add Item button we add DSR item.(Scheduled Item)

-Add NS Item button we add Non Scheduled item. We also create Non scheduled item.

- Edit Item button we edit item quantity by selecting checkbox

Help

•When user add items of DSR but he does not know the DSR Number, Description of DSR.Then he use Help button to view the information

Add Scheduled Item

User add schedule Item to Estimate .

Abstract Measurement Sheet

• When user select items then automatically abstract measurement sheet generated to calculate quantity.

• Round figure qty is calculated.

We save Estimate Item by selecting checkbox of required/all items

Create Sub Estimate

• We can Create Sub Estimate By Selecting Existing Estimate.

• We can create one or more sub estimate but one sub estimate at a time.

Update Estimate

In Existing Estimate Dropdown list having list of

Estimate. User select Estimate to update.

Update Estimate Items

• User Edit Existing Item,

• Add new Item

• Delete Existing Item

Modify Sub Estimate Item

User can modify sub-estimate by selecting estimate . When existing estimate selected then sub-estimates are load ed into existing sub-estimate dropdown list .but user modify one sub estimate at a time.

Create PDF

• After Generating Estimate user create pdf.

• It gives detail information of estmate.i.e estimate items, total number of sub-estimate and its items,total amount.

• It is used for printing purpose.

•This is used to convert DSR in Excel sheet into database (to store DSR

number year,zone ,description ,rate)

•All records in excel sheet are stored into database.
