(1) Find the settling time before using a PD controller.

The procedure is the same as what we did in Design Problem 1 (Ts = 2.29 sec).

(2) Find the new settling time after using PD controller. i.e., Ts_new = Ts / 3 = 2.29 / 3 = 0.76 sec.

(3) Follow the steps 1, 2, 3 to design the PD controller.
