The generated site survey document details the required location for each base radio and provides information as to the type of cabling required and an overall picture of how the wireless system will integrate into any existing network. Our service technicians come to you, no matter where you are in the U.S. Your equipment can be repaired and maintained right at your location – eliminating the need to take it offline, box it up, and send it to our depot service center.

Managed Product RefreshWe realize that staying on top of today’s technology is crucial to a company and that periodically your equipment will need to be upgraded with new software, firmware and eventually new hardware. From new product and software upgrades to product configuration, deployment and old product disposal, be assured your refresh project can be successfully completed on time.

Advanced Exchange For quick replacement of equipment, the Advanced Exchange service is essential. With one call or web click, we send your replacement equipment out immediately. Upon receipt, simply place the defective unit in the same packaging for return. The unit is repaired before placing it in your asset pool. It is pre-configured and tested, ready for the next time you need it.

Warranty Management Warranty Management Services provide a centralized collection and storage site for receiving and managing equipment. As a single point of contact, our service will manage the repair and return of equipment during the OEM/supplier warranty period. Activities include receipt into asset inventory, inspection, kitting and storage.

Mobile Device Management with Help Desk Support Our Remote Management and Support Services alleviate the need to further expand your IT Department to support the continued growth of all varieties of mobile devices, including Bring Your Own Device (BYOD), in your enterprise. Our staff can manage a device located anywhere, pushing out software and firmware updates, managing users and applications, and troubleshooting.
