What is Delegation?

Five Steps of Delegation
PrioritizeStep 1

Assign responsibility

“Fully describe the tasks and expected results.Provide training and resources if needed.”

“Give team members the authority to gather resources and make the necessary decisions within limits.”

“Hold team members accountable for completing the tasks they agreed to complete.”
