It is observed that many projects get delayed due todifferent reasons.

Some of the reasons are controllable & some of them

are uncontrollable.

current schedule, they are not available during the

test-charging/commissioning activities of project.

Use of Project planning soft wares such as

MS-Projects/SAP for detailed scheduling, update/

tracking of project activities can solve the problem.
