Hearts on a plate1. Cover the plate with your dessert sauce of choice.2. Next using different color dessert sauce make a circle the size of a 50 cent piece at 12 o'clock, 3 o'clock, 6 o'clock, and 9 o'clock.3. Using a paring knife start at the top of each circle and drag the knife down the middle of the circle. The results are perfect hearts.
Caramel ButterflyFor do this you need to have a good puls, so you are going
to put sugar in a pan and you will stir all the time(medium fire) until the sugar gets into caramel.
You are going to place a silicone mat and with a spoon you are going to draw the half of the butterfly only the wings. Then the other half, and then the worm. Finally you will paste all the parts with the same caramel.
Chocolate basket 1. You will put 100g of chocolate in the microwave
to melt and with the thermometer measure 40C then put it in a cold surface and the temperature should down to 20C (temperate). Apart
Inflate a balloon of small size .Ina bowl put a little bit of chocolateand chop the balloon in it.
Then you will destroy the balloon,and the shape of the flower willremain.
