Microcred has developed a wide range of digital products for customers, staff and agent network:
CONTEXT
Tune Loan - app for Portfolio Managers
Baobab Pulse - enroll new customers
Baobab mobile - self-banking app
Tune IN for Branches - for branch staff
Tune IN for Agent - for agent network
UX methodology was relatively new to the Company and my team had to build up a strong strategy to raise our voice for the benefits of our users.
In addition, Microcred is evolving fast and trying new development solutions across different countries and timezones.

Microcred was switching to an Agile workflow and still needed to find the right pace.
I used UX methodologies to uncover stakeholders needs and frustration to improve and streamline our design and development process (especially to simplify hand-off to developers).
I design for different contexts of use in Africa and China. We're willing to listen and learn from our customers so that we can help them achieve their goals and deliver the best solutions. An important part of my work is to setup recurring user research and testing methodologies.

Due to a very tight schedule and a lack of resources, I gathered insights using guerrilla user research before moving to user and workflows.
