APPROVED PRODUCT LIST Our Approved Product List (APL) is driven by our investment
philosophy and includes direct equities

We subscribe to the widely accepted view that portfolios should be diversified across assets in order to enhance portfolio performance and reduce risk
To achieve diversification, we employ a ‘core plus satellite’ philosophy when structuring investment portfolios. This is brings together complementary investments within an asset class.
APPROVED PRODUCT LIST
We apply a structured approach to the Approved Product List, that draws on our considerable hands on investment experience
We seek to minimise investors and advisers risk, by capturing market performance through the dominant portfolio weightings
We seek to add value where appropriate by selecting funds that are likely to perform independently of the market
We are of the view that not all assets need to be liquid
APPROVED PRODUCT LIST
When constructing the APL we consider the following:
If the product is true to label
What is the likelihood a product will achieve its goals
Is the product’s cost commensurate with the potential risk and reward
How well we know the operator and its staff
Any product on our APL will be reviewed regularly to ensure the manager is conducting their strategy

We are of the view that complementary products add more value than extensive product lists
We classify all investment products into Core and Satellite products
We limit client exposure to Satellite investments
We may offer products developed within the group where we believe they will be better than or equal to the alternative
We do have Model Portfolios that our ARs can utilise for administrative efficiency and ease of management

COSTS
Our Basic Package start from $25,000 + GST for the first adviser and then $5,000 + GST for subsequent advisers
The Basic Package includes CRM access, CPD points and compliance costs
PI is done on market basis and includes a contribution to a Fidelity Fund. We will assist you through the PI process.
