MAIN DUTIES In line with the Company’s strategic goals, plan and review sales strategies, in collaboration with the CEO and Business Partners. Contribute in increasing the company’s profit levels and improving competitiveness in Mauritius, the Indian Ocean and in parts of Africa. Translate clients’ requirements into highly specified project briefs while assessing technical and business feasibility. Work on tenders and make sure the proposals are as per the established standards. Establish and implement project management processes and methodologies to ensure projects are executed as per high quality standards. Monitor clients and customers expectations and direct sales efforts efficiently. Be responsible and be accountable for planning, organizing, and managing all resources to successfully complete specific project goals and objectives within scope, time and budget. Develop and document Project Plans and teamwork assignments, direct and monitor work efforts, identify resource needs and perform quality reviews. Establish an effective interface with relevant stakeholders and nurture excellent business relationships. Supervise team members, conduct Performance Appraisal Reviews, participate in the Recruitment Process as and in Learning and Development initiatives. PROFILE OF CANDIDATE Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Computer Engineering or equivalent qualifications. Extensive knowledge and experience in Oracle and Microsoft technologies. A minimum of 3 years work experience in managing large IT projects, at Managerial level. Minimum 5 years IT industry experience, preferably in Consulting. Proven experience with working and managing teams on multiple projects. Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills. Excellent planning and organisational skills. Strong decision-making skills, with the ability to consider a broad range of internal and external factors when problem solving and rendering decisions. Excellent written skills including good strategic analysis. Good public speaking and presentation skills. Proactive individual with strong business acumen.
