    DIBL is an emerging bank, backed by the strong investmentcompanies It excels in the market with evenly distributed network of

    branches, but still it should open more branches. By analyzing the

    financial statements of the bank, I came across to know that it is oneof the most growing banks in the subcontinent. Now they shouldcarry on with the present management which too k it from one of theordinary bank to this level. No doubt professionalism and internalcontrols of the bank are one of the major issues which may resultssome major losses to the bank. Bias in hiring and betweencolleagues should be removed. By keeping any eye on its

    weaknesses and by reducing those, it would be the best bank in subcontinent.
