Cutting of appleAfter our Christmas-Eve dinner we cut our apple into two parts.

If we see a star, we will be in healthy. But if there is a cross, we will be ill or we will die.

We take a bowl with water and Christmas candles.We take a half of nutshell, drip the wax in it and we fix the candle.

We put the boat on the water: we light them and we leave them on the water.A person, whose boat won‘t sink down and will keep the light,

will have a long life and will be happy.Another tradition says that the person, whose boat will be on the edge of the

bowl, will stay at home, but if the boat is in the centre of the bowl, the person will go to the world.
