Registrations Existing players registered to CWYFL

The player registration form is supplied as a word form so that they can be filled in on a computer (as much information as possible); or the form can also be printed off and the details can also be hand written.

A digital photo of the player must be attached/inserted. The photo must be a head and shoulders picture (like a passport photo) no hats or sunglasses to be worn.To insert in word document, right click (mouse button) in the photo box, and click ‘change picture’.

The registration form must be printed off and signed and dated by the player, the player’s parent or guardian and an official of the club. 

Email the copy of the completed form to myself, You can take a picture of the form on your phone if you have no scanner. (Please ensure the file name is the team and players full name). 

The printed form must then be kept by the team, in folder supplied, and will act as the registration ID at matches

New Registrations and Transfers You will need a copy of his official ID (birth certificate, passport,

medical card etc.)

Input the following details onto the FA Full Time system, Please enter the players name, address, date of birth, team/age group.

You will not see the player registered on the system until he has been approved by the divisional secretary. Check ‘PLAYERS’ section

on full-time website.

When all steps have been completed I will action your request. Your players name will appear on the full-time system.

TransfersYou must complete a registration form as above, and also a

TRANSFER FORM. Both must be scanned/photographed and sent to the relevant Divisional Secretary. 

BOTH forms must be held within the registration folder, which must be able to present on Match Days.

Transfer Process Present a TRANSFER FORM to the opposition manager.

The players current club are entitled to 7 DAYS NOTICE to sign/approve this form if they so wish.

If the club has any objection they must inform the League and County FA in writing within the 7 day period.

If your club wishes to retrieve unpaid money, then you should do

so via the Small Claims Court.

Approach of players without a written contract

A club is required to serve any other SUNDAY CLUB with 7 days notice (this does not apply if a Saturday club wish to

approach your player).

If you feel a club has breached this, then you must contact your COUNTY FA, this is not a matter for the CWYFL to deal

with.

If proved the COUNTY FA, will censor & warn the offenders, and place on record.

Additional registrations/transfers can be completed before and during the season until 14TH MARCH 2016

Please note any registrations over 16 players is £5 per player and a transfer is £5 per player, your club will be

invoiced

Fixture datesSeason will start on Sunday 6th September

The league fixture season will finish on Sunday April 24th

No Fixtures 27th December or 03rd January

There will also be no fixtures on Easter Sunday March 27th

21 Day RequestsYou are allowed 2 per season

These should be used to cancel a fixture date you can’t play on

Fixtures will only be posted after the 21 day period has expired

Don’t wait until you see a fixture to submit a 21 day notice, as you will be out of time.

Kick off times/venuesYou must supply me with the above information before the

season starts.

Kick Off time should be your standard regular time.

If you wish to change your venue or kick off time for any particular week you are required to give your Divisional

Secretary 8 days notice.

Please make your secretary aware of any other team sharing your regular time slot on your pitch so we can

arrange the fixtures accordingly.

Confirming FixturesAll fixtures should be confirmed by the Home side to both

the Away side and the Referee before WEDNESDAY 9.30PM

If the Away side do not receive confirmation, please attempt to make contact with the Home side and inform your divisional secretary

Referee’sCWYFL will allocate referees where possible, if you are not allocated

a match official or he/she fails to turn up you must mutually agree a stand in official.

The game must be played and cannot be cancelled.

Please note that the stand in official must take charge of the entire game and has the same powers as a qualified referee.

Referees fees are £22 shared equally.

If you give the referee a mark of 6o or below you must provide a detailed report as to why. This should be sent to Kevin Carroll

within 7 days of the fixture taking place.

Playing FormatFor 2015/16 season the Under 11 age group will be non

competitive.

However during the course of the season you will play between 15 and 18 competitive fixtures, these will be

played by way of 3 group cup competitions.

Autumn, Winter and Spring cups.

Teams will be split in to groups of 7 or 6, there will be a winner of each group,

Once complete the groups will be readjusted ready for the next cup.

There will be no finals days or runner’s up.

No results or group placing’s will be published or discussed with myself, only the group winners will be announced.

Your standing in the initial groups will be based on a average total of points gained last season.

I will also be scheduling friendly fixtures around the competitive games.

SMS RESULTS

Free to receive the text, no charge

Cost is the cost of a normal text message

If you get free text messages then this will be included in your free allowance

This is not a premium service, and is paid for by the FA as part of your affiliation fee

There were no Under 11 fines for late results last season

Results to be reported by 7pm

Match DayYour club secretary will have a match form book and red

folder for your registrations that you sent me.

These must be available for inspection by the opposition on match day.

Regarding the match form books, the only information required is a list of your players names, any players who

fail to turn up can be crossed out.

No other information is required.Home and Away teams must then exchange their respective white forms 15 minutes prior to kick off.

These forms can then be used to verify each others teams on full time, please inform me of any discrepancies

You do not need to post the forms to me, all match forms will be completed on Full Time via your log in.

Match Report Forms

Match Report Forms will be completed online.

Once logged in to Full Time go to, Match Reports.

You will be asked 2 respect questions and have the chance to provide the referee’s mark.

If you have a stand in official you must still provide a mark, if it is a qualified referee please provide his name

in the box provided.

Once complete go to, Statistics.

Here you will be able to enter the match details, all we require is a tick in the box of any player who took part

in the game.

We require no further information.

You can enter further details like goal scorers, however they will be hidden from the public screen.

You have until midnight Thursday following the game to complete your match reports.

ToursIf you wish to take your team on tour during the playing season,

you must seek permission from the League General Secretary (Dave Arrowsmith), in writing before 31st December 2015.

VariousPlaying time is 30 minutes each way, no extra time will be

required.

The minimum amount of players is 7.

Corner posts and flags are required.

You CANNOT use 12x6 goals
