Ultimately, my key to culture is simple.

Everyone is held to an unwavering

standard of honesty, trusting each

other, working hard, being humble,

owning their job, and being authentic.

When you make this the expectation

and then get out of the way to let

people do their job, magic happens.

Sure there are moments wherepeople goof up in their job or fall short of those standards. But we will always

turn those moments into learning opportunities because helping each other

grow as people is what creates the culture. It has everything to do with

mutual respect for each other’s contribution to the team and celebrating that

as often as possible.
