Culpeper County Little League Chartered in 1975 2017 Bylaws FINAL DRAFT General Information: This document expires annually at the end of the fiscal year and must be renewed annually. It includes the local board's procedures for selection of Tournament Teams (All Stars) and specific ground rules for various divisions. Because each local Little League Board of Directors should have authority to change these types of procedures, they require only Board of Directors consent, without general membership approval. No part of the by-laws, local rules or ground rules can conflict with or supersede any Little League rule, regulation or policy. The by-laws, local rules or ground rules are to be distinguished from the Little League Constitution. The Constitution spells out the duties and responsibilities of the officers of the board, definition of membership, election procedures meeting requirements such as a quorum, etc. The various items in these documents contain information that is pertinent to the Managers, Coaches and Players. It is the Manager's responsibility to make sure his/her Players and Coaches are aware of the By-Laws. The Vice President of baseball and softball will oversee their programs. MISSION STATEMENT The objective of Culpeper County Little League shall be to implant firmly in the children of the community the ideas of good sportsmanship, honesty, loyalty, courage, and respect for authority, so that they may be well adjusted, stronger and happier children and will grow to be good, decent, healthy, and trustworthy citizens. General Information: This document expires annually at the end of the fiscal year and must be renewed annually. the league secretary, notice will be sent to the board member notifying them of removal from the board at the next meeting. A Board member may be removed from the Board by a majority vote. The Board Member will be notified by the President that he/she is the subject of removal; removal must be done by a majority vote of the Board, Notification will be provide to the Board Member so he/she may be allowed to speak on their behalf. G. New board members are not eligible to vote on any old business presented at the meeting at which they were approved to the board. They will be eligible to vote on new business presented at that meeting.

SPORTSMANSHIP

A. Players should be taught to maintain the will to win; however they must be taught

to accept losses graciously.

B. Unsportsmanlike comments or actions will not be tolerated by anyone. No vulgar or

profane language will be used by any coach, manager, player, parent, or spectator at

any Culpeper Little League game or function.

C. Win or lose, the players will congratulate their opponents at home plate for a good

effort following each game.

D. All managers, coaches, parents, spectators, volunteers and players are encouraged

to display and maintain a positive atmosphere at all Culpeper Little League games

and functions.

E. All Board Members, Managers, Coaches, Parents and Volunteers will receive a code

of conduct at registration.

A. The Official Regulations and Playing Rules for Little League Baseball and Softball

(A.K.A. Little League Rulebook), as established by Little League, Inc. of Williamsport,

PA, will be followed by each league except as modified, where permitted, in this

document.

REGISTRATION&RESIDENCY REQUIREMENTS

A. In order to be registered, Players must meet Residence Eligibility Requirements as

set forth in the Little League Official Regulations and Playing Rules for Little

League. The boundaries for Culpeper County Little League include Culpeper and

Rappahannock Counties (baseball only).

B. The Registration Committee will set registration dates.

C. Registration Fee is $85.00 The second player in a family gets a $5.00 discount. Each

additional family member after two receives a $10.00 discount.

D. Birth Certificates. No youngster shall be accepted for registration unless he or she

presents, or has previously presented (as shown in the league's player database), a

valid certified copy of his or her birth certificate. A hospital certificate is not

acceptable.

E. No refunds will be returned once drafted to a team.

F. A late sign-up fee of $10.00 may be assessed to any player joining after the uniform

order has been placed.

G. Online Registration will be offered with a disclaimer stating the ordering of wrong

size uniforms are the responsibility of parent or guardian.

H. The league will adhere to the age chart instituted by Little League Baseball and

Softball.

I. Prior to drafts, registration fees will be refunded (less a $15 processing fee) for any

child who chooses not to play Little League ball.

J. No registration will be input into the data system until payment is received. If payment is not received by try outs, the child will not be eligible to play. K. Hardship cases will be decided on an individual basis by the treasurer and player agent. If there is a tie the president will cast the deciding vote. MANAGERS, COACHES. AND UMPIRES A. All Managers, Coaches and Umpires are official representatives of the League. B. Use of any alcohol or illegal drugs, tobacco (including smokeless) by managers, coaches or umpires on or around the playing field, dugouts, or practices is strictly prohibited. Abuse will result in suspension. C. Use of profanity or foul abusive language is prohibited at any game or practice. MANAGERS AND COACHES: A. Managers and Coaches of all CCLL teams shall be annually reviewed, selected and approved by the Board at a duly constituted meeting. B. election of coaches for T-Ball, baseball and softball shall be based not only on knowledge of the game but on leadership, character, communication skills and sportsmanship. C. Only those persons who are approved volunteers of the local little league in good standing (as defined by Article III, Section 2-B of the Culpeper County Little League

Constitution) shall be eligible for appointments to a manager or coach's position. D. At least one coach/ managers from each team, will be required to attend a mandatory league-sponsored training session yearly. New manager to the league are require to attend training the year they enter the league. This session will be presented by the Training Committee which consists of the Training Commissioner as well as the VPs of both baseball and softball and division VP’s both baseball and softball. E. Protests: Each manager and coach has a moral obligation to help prevent protests and work together for the success of the League. It is the responsibility of all adults coaching during a game to eliminate a possible protest. Remember, the Umpires may make honest judgment errors during the season. F. Managers and Coaches must sign a contract each year, which will describe duties and responsibilities. Managers: A. It is the Manager's responsibility to make sure his/her Players, Coaches and Parents are aware of the By-Laws and Code of Conduct. B. All Managers are required to attend a Managers Meeting at least one week prior to the start of the season (date decided by the board). This will be a brief meeting to go over local rules. As well, on this date the game, concession, umpiring and picture schedules will be distributed. C. All Managers will be responsible for umpiring. This does not mean the manager has to umpire the game; he/she must make sure that another league-approved volunteer be there to umpire the game he/she is schedule to umpire. Managers will be suspended from their next scheduled game if above is not done. D. Managers shall carry all Medical Release forms at all times when their Team is practicing or playing. E. Mandatory team meeting , report date and time of meeting to the information officer, if you want a board member present you may request at that time. Appointment of Managers: A. Managers must have filled out a volunteer form and a background check must be cleared, before his/her name will be submitted. B. The Vice Presidents of the baseball and softball divisions will make recommendations to the President of managers for regular season teams. If there are any problems or concerns that need to be discussed, the President will do so with the Vice President before those names are presented before the Board for approval. C. All appointments will expire at the end of the team's season unless sooner by a majority vote of the Board of Directors. D. The President and the Vice President have the authority to suspend any Manager, Coach or Umpire. E. Managers of teams shall be responsible for the selection and training of their teams and for the actions of the players, parents, and coaches during all games. F. No person may manage more than one team within all levels of Culpeper County Little League. A manager may be a coach on another team at a different age level. The President shall not allow this second coaching position to have a detrimental affect on either team, and shall notify the Board with any concerns. The league

President may manage, coach, or umpire, provided he/she does not serve on the Protest committee, nor serve as tournament team manager or coach. G. Final approval for managing a team is contingent upon completion of mandatory training session (see item under Managers and Coaches). Appointment of Coaches: A. Only those persons who are regular members of the local little league in good standing (as defined by Article III, Section 2-B of the Culpeper County Little League Constitution) shall be eligible for appointments to a coach's position. B. Managers, following completion of the draft process for that division, will select coaches and submit their names to the VP of baseball and/or softball for Board approval. At the major and above levels, coaches may be nominated before the draft if they have coached in the league for two years and are returning to the same team. Umpires: A. Umpires shall take the first aid kit to each field when they umpire. B. Use of any alcohol or illegal drugs, tobacco (including smokeless) by managers, coaches or umpires around the playing field, dugouts, or practices is strictly prohibited. Abuse will result in suspension. C. Use of profanity or foul, abusive language is prohibited at any game. D. Must attend league-sponsored training every year. DIVISION ALIGNMENT A. T-Ball: League Age 4, 5 & 6. Players will not participate in tryouts. 1. Games will be 3 full innings in length with 1 1/2 hour time limit. 2. No score or standings will be kept. 3. Continuous batting order will be used. 4. Every player will be rotated through each defensive position during the course of the regular season. 5. The defense will be made of 10 players (normal infield and 4 in the outfield). 6. Catchers will wear necessary provided equipment. 7. All defensive players will play at least 2 innings per game. 8. Defensive team may record outs however totals will not be kept. 9. Offensive team will bat through entire lineup to constitute 1/2 inning of play. 10. A batted ball must travel at least 10 feet to be considered a fair ball. 11. Runners can be put out if a successful play is made on them (runners must then leave the playing field.) 12. Play stops when ball is in the possession and control of any infielder. This will include the last defensive play of that 1/2 inning. 13. One approved offensive coach will be allowed to assist offensive players at the plate. They will also make sure that the defensive catcher is in a safe area before the ball is placed on the tee for the next swing of the bat. 14. Only approved managers, coaches, and league volunteers will be allowed on the field to assist defensive players. There must be an approved adult volunteer in the dugout at all times.

15. At the start of the sixth week of games. Managers may utilize the pitched ball. 3 pitches max by coach, then 3onTifnothit. If unsuccessful then batter '***) returns to dugout. B. MINOR-COACH/MACHINE PITCH BB&$B: League Age 5,*6*, 7, &8. *5&6-yearolds must have completed one season of T-Ball to be eligible for Coach Pitch and parents must declare on the registration form what division they want them to play in. If not specified by the parents, the child will remain in the division where they played the previous year. Players will not participate in tryouts. 1. Six inning limit. 2. Three outs per inning. 3. Nine batters allowed per inning unless three outs recorded. 4. Continuous batting order will be used. 5. Scoring will not be kept for any of the games. 6. Catchers will wear necessary/provided equipment. A cup is a must and is highly recommended for all players. (Baseball only) 7. All players listed on batting roster will bat, and where the inning is ended, you start the next inning with the next player. 8. Ten players on the field for defense. Normal infield and 4 in the outfield. 9. All players on the field should play a minimum of three innings in the field. Early in the year you need to do 2 and 2 in case of 4 inning games. 10. Six pitches per batter unless a six is fouled off. If this occurs, continue until the batter either puts the ball in play or swings and misses or doesn't swing at all. 11. Strikeouts are recorded as per Little League rules. Foul balls are considered strikes unless they occur on the third strike. 12. If the six pitch is bad (over the head or in the dirt) it does not matter, the child is considered out. 13. The inning ends when either the third out is recorded or when the ball is returned to Pitcher(coach) after the 9th batter for that inning has hit. 14. No base stealing. 15. Do not announce when the 9th batter is at the plate. Allow the defense to attempt to make the appropriate play and return the ball to the Pitcher(coach) to end the inning. 16. Only approved managers, coaches, and league volunteers will be allowed on the field to assist defensive players. There must be an approved adult volunteer in the dugout at all times.

In the coach pitch league, both the child playing the pitcher position, as well as the adult pitcher must have at least one foot inside the mound circle while the ball is being pitched. 18. Players may advance one base on an overthrow at their own risk and there may be only One overthrow per play.

C MINOR PLAYER PITCH BB & SB: League Age 8*, 9,10 and 11. *8-year-olds must have played one year of Coach-Pitch and parents must declare on the registration form what division they want them to play in. If not specified by parents, the child will remain in the division where he/she played the previous year. VP's will be given the discretion regarding who moves up based on the balance of the League. All players must try out. 1.1/2 inning ends by 3 outs or five runs scored or when nine batters have batted. 2. Continuous batting order will be used. 3. If a player declines to move up to a Major division team when a vacancy occurs in the Major division (excluding children of minor league team managers), that player could be transferred to the last place team in the Minor division. 4. Little League Pitch count rules for baseball must be followed. D, MAJOR BB: League Age 9,10,11, and 12 1. 9,10 and 11-yeard-olds not drafted to a major team will then play on a minor team and will be moved to the major league to fill rosters if needed. 2. All players not already assigned to a Major League team must attend 50% of the tryouts. 3. No player may be called up from the Minor League team to a Major league he ^ last two weeks of the season. 4. When a player quits, the Major VP must be notified. The Manager will have one week from the official release date of the player to select another player from the Minor Player Pitch division or a player will be selected for them. 5. Major teams must maintain a roster of 12 players. 6. Any player wishing to leave a major team on which they played the previous year must have a parent or guardian appear before the Board of Directors stating their reasons for player's removal from the team; this must be done on or before the last board meeting held directly before the drafts.. 7. The Little League Pitch Count Rules for baseball MUST BE FOLLOWED E, MAJOR SB: League Age 11 and 12 1. 10-year-olds will only be drafted or moved to the Major League if there is a need to fill team counts to balance rosters. 2 All players not already assigned to a Major League team must attend 50% of the tryouts. 3 No player may be called up from the Minor League team to a Major league team in the last two weeks of the season. 4 When a player quits the Major VP must be notified. The Manager will have one week from the official release date of the player to select another player from the Minor Player Pitch division or a player will be selected for them. ^ 5. Team balance must be maintained. 6 Any player wishing to leave a major team on which they played the previous year must have a parent or guardian appear before the Board of Directors stating their reasons for player's removal from the team. This must be done on or before the last

board meeting held directly before the drafts.

F. JUNIOR BASEBALL: League Age 13.14. and 15 1. All players not already assigned to a Junior League team must attend 50% of the tryouts. 2. Junior League will use pool play, following guidelines set in the operating manual. 3. All games will be scheduled on weekends until school ball is over with double headers being used. 4. Any player wishing to leave a junior team on which they played the previous year must have a parent or guardian appear before the Board of Directors stating their reasons for player's removal from the team. This must be done on or before the last board meeting held directly before the drafts. 5. The Little League Pitch Count Rules for baseball must be followed. G.SENIOR BASEBALL: League Age 14,15, and 16 H.SENIOR-SOFTBALL: League Age 13,14,15 &16 1. All players not already assigned to a senior league team must attend 50% of the tryouts.

2. All games will be scheduled on weekends until school ball is over (with double

headers being used).

3. Senior Softball will use pool play following guidelines set in the Operating Manual.

4. Any player wishing to leave a senior team must have a parent or guardian appear

before the Board of Directors stating their reasons for player's removal from the

team. This must be done on or before the last board meeting held directly before

the drafts.

K. CHALLENGER DIVISION: Details to be determined. Ages 4 to 23 as long as attend school. PITCH COUNT (Baseball onlv)

A. The official pitch count for each pitcher will be kept by the visiting team. It is Recommended That managers check the pitch counts between each inning. B. Each team will be issued a Pitch Count sheet, that must be with their Scorebook at each game, the sheet must be signed by the scorekeeper and umpire at the end of every game. C. Prior to every game Managers must post their pitch count online or present Pitch Count sheet to Opposing team at the start of each game. D. The Pitch Count Rules will be provided to each manager.

TRYOUTS A. The Vice President of each division is primarily responsible for the overall

management and fairness of Try-outs. B. Confidentiality: All ratings at tryouts should be confidential and at no time should any player know their ratings. C. There will be two tryouts held for each division that participates in tryouts. D. All players from Minor, Major, Junior and Senior Divisions must attend 50% of the tryouts. E. Any child missing tryouts will have their name put in a blind draft to be held at end of the draft order.

DRAFTS A. The Vice President of the baseball and softball divisions is primarily responsible for the overall management and fairness of the draft. B. The Draft method for all divisions will be the same as Plan A for Existing Leagues. The draft order will be the reverse of team standings from previous year. C. No draft shall take place without the President (or in his absence the Vice President or Division Vice President) to oversee it. Should the draft proceed without the President, Vice President or Division Vice President, the draft will be deemed invalid. D. All drafts will take place as soon as possible after tryouts but not sooner than 24 hours after the last tryout. E. Players may be traded prior to Notification/Assignment, subject to the approval of the Division VP, the two managers involved and the Board of Directors. It is strongly recommended that Player trades not occur after Notification/Assignment. F. It is critically important that all Players are notified of their assignments at essentially the same time for each division. G. Prior Major and above League Players that are assigned to a team and not registered by draft day lose their rights of retention. The player will be notified prior to the draft that they will be released from the team unless they are registered by the draft.

ROSTERS A. The League Information Officer will maintain all rosters. B. Any dismissal or termination of any Player from the Major League and above must be in writing by the manager to the League VP. TEAM ASSIGNMENTS (LATE PLAYERS) A. late sign-ups may be accepted into the League, on or after the draft, based on the roster availability. B. Assignments to teams will be made: 1. To maintain balance of rosters 2. Order of draft DISCIPLINE OF TEAM PERSONNEL A. If the Umpire removes a Manager, coach or. player from the game for disciplinary action, he/she must leave the field. The Manager or adult coach must not sit on the bench or in the stands and must leave the premises for the duration of the game. If a player is removed from the game, the Team Manager is responsible for ensuring that the matter is handled appropriately. If a Manager, Coach, or Player is

removed from a game they must sit out the following game. B. Players may be benched for behavior unbecoming to the Culpeper County Little League Program. The opposing Manager or Coach and Head Umpire shall be advised Prior to the start of the game (or during the game, if applicable) of any being taken and for what reason. C. Problems/Grievance Resolution: All problems and concerns should be resolved at the lowest level possible and follow a simple order of progression.

1. Discuss the Situation with the offending parties and seek friendly resolution before the team's next regularly scheduled game. If it remains unresolved... 2. Approach and discuss with the team manager (and coaches). The manage can use up to three days to find mutual resolution of the issue. If it remains

unresolved... 3. The manager now takes the issue to the individual division Vice President i.e. ,VP of T-Ball/Coach Pitch Baseball, VP of Jr/Sr, Major, and Minor Baseball, VP of all Softball. The Vice President takes a written statement from both parties and has three days to review and resolve the issue. If it remains unresolved.... 4. The individual league VP takes the issue (including written statements) to the Baseball or Softball Vice-President as appropriate. The baseball or softball VP confirms the accuracy of the written statement and receives written confirmation from both party concerning their statements and has three days to review and resolve the issue. If unresolved.... 5. The written explanation/documentation of the issue is presented to the Grievance Committee. The committee will be composed of the executive board and the VP of either baseball or softball (whichever league is being represented). The board will discuss the matter and make a ruling at that meeting. If all 6 members are not able to meet in a timely manner, the meeting can commence with a minimum of three members. 6. A written explanation of the resolution will be provided to the complainant/offended party within two days of Board resolution.

SPECTATORS RULES AND REGULATION All parents and spectators shall:

A. Become well acquainted with the objectives of Little League Baseball, Inc. B. Recognize that these are children, not professional players and each needs ample encouragement, not destructive criticism. C. Applaud good play of all participants and ignore the errors, award great effort, initiative and hustle, congratulate the winning team, encourage the losing team and

enjoy the game for what it is. D. Constructively offer any criticism of the program to League or District Officials

(in that order) and at the same time be willing to volunteer their services to improve the League and District.

E. Realize the umpire is a volunteer. F. Any use of tobacco (including smokeless forms), alcohol or drugs on or around

the playing field, in the dugouts, or where kids are practicing is strictly prohibited. G. Uphold the Culpeper Little League Code of Conduct or face removal from the premises by an umpire or any member of the Board of Directors.

SCHEDULED GAMES AND PRACTICES

A. Time limits for majors and below: all games have a 2 hour time limit. No new inning shall start after 2 hours have expired. B. Time limits for juniors and above: all games have a 2 1/2 hour time limit. No new inning shall start after 2 1/2 hours have expired. C. Once the season's schedule is issued, no games may be rescheduled without the approval of the division's VP. The VP will contact the scheduler to let him/her know to reschedule the game. D. The scheduler and the Division Vice President, on a game-by-game basis, will review any games that are canceled. E. All teams should practice a minimum of one time per week during the regular season, weather permitting. F. The Home Team should contact the Umpire and remind them of their scheduled game. G. The Home Team is listed second on the schedule. H. The schedule should be made so that all teams play each team once in all leagues before the start of the second round of scheduled games and the third round being for remaining games to be scheduled within your division. I. No scheduled games on Easter weekend, Memorial weekend, and Graduation Day for Culpeper County Schools. J. The league schedule will be posted on the CCLL's website.

RAINOUTS AND MAKE UP GAMES

A. Only the Scheduler will reschedule rained out games. B. Make up games will be rescheduled upon availability of fields, with the possibility of a game being scheduled on a Sunday. C Teams that fail to play a rescheduled game shall be subject to receiving a forfeit. D. All rescheduled games will be sent to all Managers and Coaches who have EMAIL as soon as they are rescheduled. It is the responsibility of the Manager to find out when their make up games are, not the VP or the scheduler. E. No make up games will be played without the division VP and Scheduler being made aware. F. The home team should contact the umpire and remind him of the scheduled game.

LEAGUE EQUIPMENT AND UNIFORMS

A. any throwing of helmets or intentional flinging of bats, under any conditions, will be cause for disciplinary action. B. Care must be taken to prevent misuse of League equipment by players. C. Only Equipment Committee and Maintenance will have access to the Equipment room.

D. Minimum of two bids must be received for all major equipment before the equipment committee, with Board approval, will do the ordering and receiving of equipment and uniforms. E. League provided uniforms must be worn on all game days. No special request Or upgrades allowed. F. Broken equipment should be returned for replacement so that we can keep track of it in our inventory. G. Equipment will be distributed on designated dates and signed for by the Manager or Coach. H. Equipment must be returned on designated equipment dates. The manager agrees to this when signing for equipment. TEAM RESPONSIBILITIES

A. The home team is responsible for preparing and lining fields for play. B. The home team is responsible for keeping the official scorebook. C. The visiting team is responsible for keeping the official pitch count. D. The home team occupies the first base dugout and the visiting team occupies the third base dugout. E. Both teams must fill in holes, water down pitcher's mound, rake bases and Pitching mound, pitching plate area (softball), home plate, batter boxes, sweep infield dirt out of grass (use push broom or Fan/Leaf rake). F. Both teams are responsible for ensuring that all trash in the dugouts and under the bleachers is picked up after every game and, trash cans must be emptied into the dumpsters if full. Moved to sidewalk for trash service on designated days. G. Each team is responsible for working the concession stand multiple times during the season. Any team that does not show up maybe rescheduled to work it on a day their team is playing. This is extremely important to keep our registration fees reasonable.

BASE COACHES

A. Teams are allowed two adult base coaches on the field as long as there is another adult coach in the dugout. An approved volunteer may be used if a third coach is not available.

TEN RUN RULE A. The ten run rule is in effect for Baseball and Softball. B. Per Little League, in Minor division a five run rule will be imposed. This will complete the half inning.

BASEBALL & SOFTBALL AWARDS A, An appropriate award will be given to each Championship team for each League at the Minor and Major levels with at least 3 teams.

A. Baseball All-Star tournament team managers will be determined in the following order: 10/11/12,8/9/10, and then 9/10/11. By method in "C" below. B. Baseball All-Star teams will be chosen in the following order: 10/11/12, 8/9/10, and Then 9/10/11. C. Tournament managers will be selected using the following method:

*MAJOR MANAGER: The manager for the Major All-Star will be voted on by the players in the Major division. (Players may not vote for own manager) *MINOR MANAGER: The manager for the Minor All-Star will be voted on by the players in the Minor Division (Players may not vote for own manager) *9/10/11 MANAGER: Will be choosen from voted tally of10/11/12 pallots. (next highest vote getter)

D. Tournament players for the Major league (10/11/12) team will be selected using the following method:

1. All-Star ballots will be distributed to the Major league teams only for the purpose of voting for players to play on the 10/11/12 All-Star team. 2.10/11/12 yr old Players will select 10 players and the top 6 make the team (ties will be broken by the tournament team manager). 3. The remainder of the team will be chosen by the tournament team manager to fill the roster.

E. Tournament players for the Minor league (8/9/10 ) teams will be selected using the following method:

1. Minor Division players 8/9/10 yr olds will vote 6 players top 3 go to team. 2. Major Division 8/9/10 yr old players will vote 6 players top 3 go to team.

These 6 players will be on roster with the remaining players selected by Tournament manager to fill roster.

F. Tournament players for9/ 10/11 will be selected by the Tournament Manager.

TOURNAMENT (ALL-STARS)SOFTBALL TEAM A. Players and managers will be select same as Minor/Major Baseball above.

G. There will be a uniform fee to play All-Stars. H. Any Team proceeding past district tournament play must immediately contact league President or Treasurer to discuss traveling expenses. I. Culpeper County Little League Baseball &Softball All-Stars traveling team food a And room budget allowance: 1. Teams with 12 players, a manager, and 2 coaches: Day trips, 100 miles or less to the ball field meal/food allowance = $150.00/team.

2. Teams with 13-14 players, a manager, and 2 coaches: Day trips 100 miles or less to the ball field, meal/food allowance = $180/team 3. Teams with 12 players, a manager, and 2 coaches: Traveling overnight, meal/food allowance = $280/team. 4. Teams with 13-14 players, a manager, and 2 coaches: Traveling overnight, meal/food allowance = $340/team. 5. Hotel: 5 rooms/Team/Day

Money left over and all receipts need to be turned in to the Treasurer after tournament is completed.

All Star Managers and Coaches need to be creative in keeping players entertained during down time; keeping expenses down and maintaining control. SPONSORSHIP FEE:

A. Sponsorship fees are $250.00 for one year. B. Sponsorship with a banner costs $400.00 C. Returning sponsors will have their banners placed again with no extra fee as long as no changes are needed. If any changes are needed, the returning sponsors will pay for any changes. After three consecutive seasons of sponsorship, if condition of banner warrants replacement it will be the sponsor's responsibility to purchase a replacement banner.
