1. What is Research?Why do we need to do the Research?
Research is the systematic process of
collecting and analyzing information (data) in
order to increase our understanding of thephenomenon about which we are concerned orinterested.

It involves an investigation, discovery, or finding something out.
Usually a Researchers findings are facts that no one else hasever discovered before because no one has ever undertaken thesame project in exactly the same circumstances.
It involves the careful study of a subject. Research must be
reliable.

Conversation between two or more people (The interviewer and the interviewee)where questions are asked by the interviewer to obtain information from theinterviewee.
