A DJ is able to cater more to what

the crowd wants better than any

mp3 player or laptop.

A proper sound system is a must for

creating a more professional event.

the break of a band to keep the

When booking an event, make

sure you tell us where your event is

going to be and how many people

are going to be there.

Details are very important. For

example, the requirement for a

group of 300 is very different than

what’s required for a group of 50. Crossfire has a

very extensive library to accommodate all age

groups.

Lighting

Lighting can be one of the most

important aspects of your event that

is often overlooked.

The truth is, the more you add

in the right places the better

it looks. DJs and Bands need them

for atmosphere. Bands have to

have lighting. If they are on

a stage and have no lights

you won’t be able to see them.

They also won’t be able to see

to play.

Lighting helps décor stand out. You

have to use the right lights for the

right job, and Crossfire will help

achieve that.

Video Projection and T.V.

Video Projection and T.V.’s are a

great add on to any event that

can be used for Conferences,

Trade shows, Weddings,

Concerts and Movie nights.

What better way to promote

your business than with eye

catching advertising or

having your logo or name on

the screen at an event?

For weddings you can have

your photos or videos playing

for your guests if you got

married down south or want

to share photos of how you

met.

You can also have video of the

band projected up on the

screen so that your guests

have a better view.

equipment for this market

because it is always

changing.

For a couple planning a

wedding, it can be very

stressful and everyone has

their dream of what they

want their special day to

look like. We will help to

accommodate your vision.

Important Tips

• When playing a video, make sure it will run on

the equipment you have and that you have the right

cables to make it work from a computer, DVD player,

projector, etc.

• If you’re going to have an outdoor ceremony make

sure you have a back up plan in case of inclement

weather so it doesn’t dampen your special day.

• When having a ceremony of any type don’t forget to

have sound so your guests can hear.

• When having a concert see if the band is bringing the

back line or if you are required to supply it. The back line

is Drums, amps, etc.

• When dealing with a band make sure you find out

how big the stage needs to be.

• When booking a venue make sure you receive a

contract that clearly indicates the time you are

permitted to begin setting up and required to tear down.

• When booking a sound company make sure they

know how many people are in the band and what

they’re using for instruments. Communicate any changes

to your sound company to ensure they are aware.

• Make sure your DJ has your song for any

of your special dances.

audio & lighting suite, we do not have the ability to supply

or setup certain items (i.e. centerpieces on tables); Please

note: This is inclusive to customer-provided items being

setup. In conjunction to this, we are also not able to

provide seating charts of events. It is recommended to

consult with the vendor of the event (i.e. Best Western

Hotel) to see if this is available.

Just wanted to send you a note to say thank you so very

much for decorating and dj’ing for Wayne and I on our

wedding day. Words cannot express how pleased we

were with everything. Perhaps the tears I shed when I

first saw the reception room was a better note of

thanks from us.

As a little girl, I had a vision of what I dreamed my wedding day to be, and May 16, 2015

you were able to bring that dream to life. As a nervous and a tad excited bride ;) I had

more ideas than I knew what to do with. You were able to take all of my ideas and turn

them into reality, an amazing job in itself. Lol!

The decor was absolutely stunning and everything that I hoped for and exceeded my

expectations. Everyone was and still talk about how beautiful everything was. Walking into

that reception just took our breath away and could best be described as Magical!!! It was

as if we were walking into magical wedding wonderland designed exactly as Wayne and I

wanted.

And when the music began everyone hit the dance floor and danced all night. The music

was perfect. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts for working so hard to make sure all of

our song requests were played. You went above and beyond for us and for that we thank

you.

Should anyone ever ask if we would recommend your service our answer would be 100%

Yes!!! You brought together everything we mentioned to help make our wedding day

perfect and we could not be happier. Our family and friends still talk about how fantastic

the decor and music was and we continue to share your name with everyone.

Cindy and Jeff were so much fun to work with, and they made sure

really focused on getting to know us, our personalities, and our

choices and decorations at the reception. I never had any doubt

with our choice in Crossfire Music Productions, after my first

Cindy and Josh were incredible DJs, from my 7 year old cousin to

good reason, but they still had a good time J). I remember sitting

September 21, 2015 Even though I had been a disc jockey in various capacities for many

years, approximately five years ago I decided to start my own company. That involved

starting from scratch with all brand new equipment. I knew of Jeff and Cindy Cross mainly

by reputation for having extensive knowledge of their business. I contacted Jeff and told

him I was looking to get set up with a total show, including lights, audio, and all the other

necessities needed to hit the road with a professional show that would produce the results I

was looking for.

Jeff guided me through the process, and recommended certain products that he felt
