COVID-19 (Coronavirus) FSW Business Continuity Statement 19th March 2020 Dear Customers We at FSW put the safety of our staff and customers as our no.1 priority. To that end, we have introduced some changes to how we interact with our customers in our trade counter environments. We have introduced a customer distancing zone within our branches which puts the necessary distance between customers and staff in order to comply with the ever important social distancing measures set out by the HSE. So when you come to our branches, things might seem a little different, but rest assured, these measures are being put in place to protect everyone. We have introduced a contactless collection zone in our branches, pre-ordered orders will be placed in the collection zone for customers to collect with the only requirement being a signature on the accompanying paperwork with the order. In order for these measures to be effective and to mitigate the risk of infection to all parties, we are requesting that all orders placed with FSW are pre-ordered to give us time to process your order and have it ready for collection in our contactless collection zone. We are encouraging our customers to interact with us digitally as much as possible, FSW can accept orders and enquiries through the following means. - Website (Contact us) form. Your order, name, phone number will be automatically emailed to the sales team. - Direct Email - As is often the case, you can continue to directly email your FSW contact with any orders/enquiries that you may have. - Phone - Phone lines at FSW are open including all company mobiles where we are happy to interact with you via WhatsApp video should you have a specific query that needs to be visual. The situation is fluid and we will endevour to update you with any further changes as they happen, FSW are here, open for business and ready to support you.
