Programme use: Master degree in Tropical Medicine 4. Prerequisite: None 5. Type of Course: Elective course 6. Condition: class size: Minimum = 1, Maximum = 15 7. Session/Academics year: Second semester of each academic year 8. Course description: The subject consists of lectures on general knowledge of the processes and mechanisms by which the living human and animals function under various conditions, including the pathological conditions involved in tropical diseases. 9. Course expected learning outcomes: After successful completion of this course, students will be able to: 9.1 describe processes and functional mechanism of each organ 9.2 explain their functions under normal conditions 9.3 describe their abnormal function under various conditions
