Poulome NathPoulome Nath has over 13 years of work experience in the field oftraining and development. She has worked with corporate biggiessuch as Convergys India Services, GECIS, and has been in consultingand freelancing role ; and as a faculty in a management institute. Sheis a certified trainer from IIM-AHMEDABAD. Having a diploma intraining and development from ISTD, she understands the nuances oftraining. She has a MPM degree from University of Pune.
She is proficient in carrying out Training Needs Analysis, deliveringtraining and training effectiveness by Kirk Patrick’smodel.She has conducted ‘Train the trainer’ workshops in ‘Voice and Accent’for various KPOs and BPOs. She has conducted various soft skillsprograms for managers and senior managers.
