We create value for our clients through the employment of unparal-leled market knowledge, value cre-ation, financial analysis and proven negotiation skills. NAI Wisinski has 8 advisors with the prestigious So-ciety of Office and Industrial Realtor (SIOR) designation. This accounts for over 10% of all SIOR’s in the state of Michigan. We have extensive ex-perience working with municipalities, economic development agencies, LEED certification, architectural and construction trades, materials han-dling vendors, due diligence consul-tants and financial institutions.

Office Services Group

Our Office Services Group rep-resents both owners and tenants of space, including local entrepreneurs, institutions, private developers and individuals. Their needs are as di-verse as their business lines and our intent is to provide custom solutions that focus on their business objec-tives and financial goals, and meet or exceed client expectations.

NAI Wisinski develops team-ser-viced, long-term relationships, en-abling our clients to implement cor-porate real estate strategies based upon extensive market intelligence and sound research.

Retail Services Group

Our retail clients range from multi-na-tional and Fortune 500 organizations such as Walmart, CVS, Walgreens, Sears, UPS, and Target to local en-trepreneurs, developers, and indi-viduals. Each client has a unique situation, and our agents bring vast experience in the areas of site se-lection, market research, co-tenant synergies and value creation, tenant representation, landlord representa-tion, among others.

Our active involvement with ICSC (International Council of Shopping Centers) ensures our retail pro-fessionals constantly expand their knowledge of the industry, remain apprised of trends and technological innovation, secure cooperating real estate relationships, and understand legal issues impacting the market-place.

Investment Services Group

Our Investment Services Group ef-fectively and efficiently represents buyers and sellers of office, industri-al, and retail property.

Whether the requirement ranges from multiple buildings in various markets to a single building pur-chase or sale, we fulfill our clients’ objectives by using state-of-the-art technology, proprietary data, com-prehensive local market knowledge, and in-depth investment analysis. When selling, we develop an unpar-alleled marketing platform that cre-ates competition among investors and ultimately leads to maximum ex-posure and sales proceeds for your property

Multifamily Services Group

Our Multifamily Services Group brings our clients over 30 years of related experience in both brokering and owning multifamily properties. Our experience allows us to under-stand our clients goals better than the competition because we’ve been in their shoes. This fosters an effec-tive relationship that ultimately leads to our clients’ objectives being met.

We use our marketing platform to bring the subject portfolio to the attention of qualified buyers. Our objective is to create competition among buyers that will ultimately in-crease the client’s sale proceeds.

Property Management Group

NAI Wisinski Property Management represents one of the largest pri-vately owned and nationally affiliat-ed firms in Grand Rapids. What that means to our clients is local decision making, leadership, market focus and relationships that are centered on and in Grand Rapids. Our affilia-tion with NAI Global allows us broad access to market insights, corporate and tenant connections and nation-al and international relationships at your disposal if required, to benefit your success.

One hundred percent of our portfo-lio is third-party owned. We currently manage over 100 buildings totaling over 4 million square feet, and we serve, invoice, collect and adminis-trate in excess of 870 tenants.

Additional SpecialtiesNAI Wisinski provides clients with access to brokers and consultants with expertise in specialized arenas of service within their divisions:Tax Appeal ServicesOur tax appeal group provides an opportunity to realize savings in your property. We analyze a client’s property to determine if a case can be built against the current property taxes. If the State of Michigan rules in favor of the appeal, the client can save an immense amount of money each year.

Medical ServicesNAI Wisinski’s Office Group also assists in the real estate needs of healthcare organizations and healthcare investors. Our advisors have extensive experience in this sector and have worked with such organizations as Spectrum Health, St. Mary’s Heath, Agility Health, Women’s Heath Center and more.

Corporate ServicesOur corporate clients have a primary point of contact - a senior corporate services executive (CSE) - who leverages all of our enterprise resources wherever you need them around the world. It is an approach that is both client-driven and results- oriented, and harnesses the power of technology to track transaction progress and portfolio performance.
