Ojalá (que) is always followed by the subjunctive.

Ojalá (que) se mejore pronto.

Impersonal expressions of will, emotion, or uncertainty are followed by the subjunctive unless there is no change of subject.

Es terrible que tú fumes.

Es terrible fumar.
