poor quality or reproduction of ad materials with different or conflicting technical specifications. A hard copy of ad file shall accompany

be made in writing and filed within 30 days after publication. No ad material containing pornographic

and / or derogatory / racially or sexually discriminating elements shall be accepted. Final lay-out and copy are subject to

B) Deadline For camera-ready ad materials:

August 30, 2014 For ad materials that are subject to

revision/ updating: August 20, 2014 All ad materials that are received by the

Publisher on the date of the deadline are considered to be “in production.” Replacement ads shall be accepted only

before the deadlines. Payments shall be made on or before

September 15, 2014.

C) Cancellation Requests for cancellation of ad

insertions will be accepted only if received in writing by the Publisher before the deadlines. Cancellation fees: Ads reservation cancelled prior to

deadline: 25% of the contract price Ads reservation cancelled after the

deadline: 50% of the payment plus the 25% cancellation fee.

D) Refunds for Ads Cancelled or Cancelled and Replaced Ads paid in full, with cancellation notice

received prior to the deadline: Full refund less a 25% cancellation fee. Ads paid in full with cancellation notice

received after the deadline: 50% refund less a 25% cancellation fee A processing fee of P 500 shall apply to

replacement ads submitted when the original ad material is already “in production” No processing fee for replacement ads
