Evaluate and utilize multiple forms of student assessment to strengthen the instructional program. (Standard 3.2) a. Establish a documented, formal process to systematically maintain and utilize data from multiple assessments of student learning to monitor and adjust curriculum, instruction, and assessment to ensure vertical and horizontal alignment with the goals for student achievement. i. Formalized process will include the development of student data assessment binders with training for faculty on how to use assessment data for data informed decision making to evaluate and inform the instructional process ii. Faculty meetings focused on strategies presented in the Summer 2015 faculty required reading, Checking for Understanding (ASCD) with instructional implementation strategies 3.2 Curriculum, instruction, and assessment are monitored and adjusted systematically in response to data from multiple assessments of student learning and an examination of professional practice. 5.2 Professional and support staff continuously collect, analyze, and apply learning from a range of data sources, including comparison and trend data about student learning, instruction, program evaluation, and organizational conditions. 5.4 The school engages in a continuous process to determine verifiable improvement in student learning, including readiness and success at the next level. Second year teachers - focus on writing the Philosophy of Education paper, Biblical Worldview Integration methods and implementation of differentiation of instruction. b. Establish collaborative learning communities for all teachers for collaboration across grade levels and content areas 3.5 Teachers participate in collaborative learning communities to improve instruction and student learning. 3.7 Mentoring, coaching, and induction programs support instructional improvement consistent with the school’s values and beliefs about teaching and learning. 3.11 All staff members participate in a continuous program of professional learning. 3. Individualize annual Professional Growth Plans for all TK-12 faculty to support the

continuous program of professional learning. (Standard 3.11) i. Principals meet with teachers to establish individual goals and a timeframe for

long term goals to be accomplished ii. Principals meet with teachers quarterly to document individual progress iii.
