As the No. 1 foodstuff, water is and remains one of the most important resources worldwide. It cannot

CTV-Armaturen GmbH in 2002, as a medium-sized and independent company.

Our company head office is located in the industrial area of Nerdlen, in the midst of the Vulkaneifel

region. On the basis of our employees’ experience acquired over the decades, CTV-Armaturen GmbH

is today a successful manufacturer and supplier of different types of valves for water, energy and

industrial management. The deliberately slim company structure and our employees’ constant

motivation puts us in a position to cope with the challenges posed by the market to our customers’

utmost satisfaction.

Restrained fittings and valves 50

The range of fittings and valves offers a speedy and effective possibility of connecting PE/PVC pipes as well as integrating valves.

As installation can be carried out regardless of the weather, very simply and without special tools, as well as without special training, the Programme 50 offers a reasonably priced alternative to a welded connection.

By simply pushing in the pipe and tightening the thrust collar, a simple connection is quickly produced that is resistant to tensileforces, and which withstands strains on the piping. The seal is achievedby means of a dimensionally stable seal, that acts independently of the protection against tensile forces.

Owing to the plastic stabilisation, the seal is not shifted when the pipeis being pushed in and remains in the correct position also duringtransport.

Plastic bushes serve as spacers between the thrust collar and the casing. After the screws have been tightened, these bushes serve at the same time as protection for the thread. All the connecting boltshave been manufactured in A2. A high-quality fusion bonded epoxypowder coating guarantees high protection from corrosion.

Dismantling:

torques 32 Nm 55 Nm 134 Nm

Step 1:Loosen screws completely.

Step 2:Pull the pipe out with a rotating movement.
