Featured Project of 2017

Timberlake Hotel and Timbers Restaurant Over the last 10 years, Staples has been actively seeking additional lodging

and restaurant companies to build in the community. Hospitality had been

identified as a gap in the community in both facets, food and lodging and

had proven difficult to attract. It was definitely worth the wait though!!

In 2016, the Ives family of Grand Rapids, started the process of expanding their family hospitality brand

‘Timberlake Lodge’ to Staples. In mid-2017 the beautiful Staples Timberlake Hotel and Timbers restaurant

opened and are serving the lodging, dining and catering needs of local employers, residents and visitors!

Timberlake Hotel offers 52 rooms including standard rooms, extended stay suites, king suites and spa suites. The

hotel offers other amenities such as a swimming pool and hot tub, party room, laundry and business center!
