Organisations are obliged to demonstrably comply with the laws and regulations applicable to them. They ensure this by incorporating those laws and regulations into their company policies. By keeping up to date with the constant stream of changes in laws and regulations, organisations are able to make the correct (policy-related) decisions. This enables them to deploy their resources effectively and to invest smartly from a perspective of corporate continuity, thus continuing to comply with laws and regulations.

Tauw bundles its specialised knowledge to provide comprehensive advice with which organisations are able to simultaneously seize and sustain opportunities and to fully comply with statutory and social obligations.

Tauw offers support in compliance management by way of a proven roadmap. A tour at the location(s) is made to establish the applicable laws and regulations. The outcome is recorded in a company-specific registry. Based on that registry, the Compliance Tool is implemented as a means of informing the organisation about the relevant laws and regulations, the extent to which the organisation complies with them and the measures recommended to further increase the level of compliance.

By continually monitoring the changes that are made to laws and regulations and internally synchronising those changes with our 50-plus experts, we offer our customers a tailor-made register.

Being and remaining in compliance and in control with the Compliance Tool: Control over and ensuring compliance with (statutory) requirements and compliance-related issues.
