    En Byk 5 hracat Pazarndaki GelimelerTrkiyenin hal ihracatnda % 15.9luk pa-yyla en byk ihracat pazar konumunda olan S.Arabistana 2013 ylnn ilk on aynn sonunda gerekletirilen ihracat, bir nce-ki yln ayn dnemine kyasla %1.6 orann-da azalarak 281.2 milyon dolar olarak kay-dedilmitir.

    Anlan dnemde, ikinci byk pazarmz ko-numundaki ABDye hal ihracatmz %18.3 orannda artarak 178.2 milyon dolar olmu-tur. Kaydedilen bu ihracat deeri ile ADBnin toplam hal ihracat iindeki pay %10.1e ykselmitir.Bu dnemde en byk ihracat pazarmz ko-numundaki Libyaya ynelik hal ihracat-mz ise bir nceki yln ayn dnemine k-yasla % 76.6 artm ve 168.1 milyon dolar olarak kaydedilmitir. Bu ihracat deeri ile Libyann toplam hal ihracatmz ierisinde-ki pay %9.5 olarak gereklemitir.Hal ihracatmzda 2013 ylnn Ocak Ekim dnemine ait veriler incelendiinde Iraka y-nelik hal ihracatmzn bir nceki yln ayn dnemine kyasla %15.1 orannda azald, Almanyaya ynelik ihracatn ise % 4.1 ora-nnda artt anlalmaktadr. Iraka ynelik ihracat 156.3 milyon dolardan kaydedilmi-tir. Irakn toplam hal ihracatmz ierisin-deki pay %7.5 Almanyann pay ise %4.8 olarak gereklemitir.En fazla ihracat yaplan lke Suudi Arabistan ve Irak gibi istikrarl olmayan lke pazarlar-na yaplmaktadr. Gaziantep mevcut pazar-n eitlendirmek ve glendirmek iin ABD ve AB lkeleri gibi istikrarl pazarlara ihtiya duymaktadr.     Trkiye makine hals ihracatnn %90 Ga-ziantep hal reticileri tarafndan gercekle-tirilmektedir. Dnya da hal retimi ve ihra-

    catnda nemli bir nokta-ya gelmi olan . Gaziantep, makine hal retiminin yl-lk 350 milyon metrekare. kapasitesi ile nemli bir st konumundadr.

    2013 ylnn ilk on aynda Trkiyenin toplam ihraca-t % 0.2 orannda azalm-ken hal ihracatnda kay-dedilen % 8.7 oranndaki yksek art ile hal ihraca-tnn lkemizin toplam ih-racat ierisindeki pay bir nceki yln ayn dnemine kyasla % 0.12 orannda artarak %1.42ye ykselmitir.

En nemli deiiklerden biri de son 5 yl-da Belikann pazardan ekilmeye balama-s ile oluan boluu Trkiyenin doldurduu eklinde yaplan gzlemdir. 2008-2012 aras Belikann pazar paynn % 32 .54 den % 22.59 a geriledii, Trkiyenin ise Pazar pa-ynn ise % 145.85 den % 53.27 ye kt grlmektedir.

    ABDnin 2012 ylndaki en byk teda-rikisi 136,306 milyon dolarlk ihraca-t ve %38,76lk payyla Trkiye olmutur. Trkiyenin bu rn grubunda ABDye ihra-cat 2008 ylndan, 2012 ylna %202,18 ar-t gstermitir.

    Trkiyenin toplam makine hals ihracatnda % 7,76 olan ABDnin paynn arttrlmas ve ihracatlarmzn blge eitlemesini kolay-latrmak hedeflenmitir.

    The development in the 5 greatest exportation marketThe exportation achieved by the end of the first ten months of 2013 to Saudi Arabia where Turkeys biggest carpet exportation with the porportion of 15.9% was recorded as 281.2 million dollar by decreasing in the proportion of 1.6% in comparison with the same period in last year.In the same period, our exportation of carpet to USA which is the second biggest market beacme 178.2 million dollar by increasing with the proportion of 18.3%. with this re-corded exportation value, the proportion of USA in the total carpet exportation increased to 10.1%. carpet exportation aimed at Libya which was the biggest exportation market to Turkey in this period in comparison to last years same period increased with the pro-portion of 76.6% and was recorded as 168.1 million dollar. With the value of exportation, the porportion of Libyas in our overall carpet exportations proportion became as 9.5%. The highest exportation is made to countries which do not have stability such as Saudi Arabias market and Iraqs market. Gazian-tep needs USAs and the European countrys markets in order to diversify and strenghten its available market. the manifuctors stated that they needed support in international marketing and Arge studies in the interviews that we conducted for industry.

USA exportation in Turkeys group of product increased 202,18% from the year of 2008 to the year of 2012. The fact USAs proportion where Turkeys overall machine carpet exportation was 7.76% being increased and making it for ex-porters easy the diversification of area was aimed.The effect of its geographic affinity in Tur-keys exportation can be observed. Turkey makes its a bit more than half of its exporta-tion to Middle East, Europe, Russian Federa-tion, Arabian Peninsula and the countries of Africa. Both excessive competition, and freight, besides that a shortage of customs, these are the main causes of being unsuc-cessful in wall-to-wall carpet.

    Other one of the problems is encashment abroad. There are serious difficulties in pay-ing. This is our own fault. In fact we are trying to sell the goods that we produce, If we try to produce products which are sold, we wont have any trouble. As such, inevitably com-promising, open account sales are happen-ing. The biggest problem is unsecured sales. How we can connect unsecured sales to the collateral , we havent solved. Eximbank has exports insurance, but not fully committed. Companies that we sell goods abroad, havent got a lot of credibility. Whether Saudi Arabia or Middle East countries are big trouble. Our carpet manufacturers should sell the carpets those countries with their local check. If the company does not pay the check there, All of their assets are confiscated, they have to pay.

Our production capacity, everything is well but our commercial logics arent good to cover the fu-ture. We should be carefully. We havent got strategy plan. Even our the largest company is investing 20-30 million euros without mak-ing a plan. Without using our minds, we invest what we see. It doesnt very sensible,too.

    We didnt raise prices.One of the most important problems of the industry that unable to produce value-added products. we made working of inventory 2 years ago. It was really useful for us. We think to renew the inventory in 2013. The impor-tant thing is to produce value-added goods not to produce a lot of goods. Currently, the ki-logram of the carpet cost is 3 dollars. New bought Trico, on the purpose of extending yarn production capacity - value at 2.634.000 Euro is expected to effect 2013 annual indorsement in a 10% growth rate, too.

    It is planned for 2014, it is planned to buy new 2 yarn lines, one of them is polyester and the other is polyamid. After this investment, it is expected to 20% growth in yarn capacity; and for annual it is planned totally 23.000 ton.     2005.The first company which is different in carpet industry for Gaziantep indubitably is zkaplan Hal. Also, it is known as the ccompany which produced Shaggy carpet with Turkey. zkaplan Hals chairman known as producer of Shaggy told the process after 2005 in Gaziantep.

    I EXPLORED THE SHAGGY CARPET in 2003 I encountered with Shaggy carpet at in an exposition in Germany and wondered how it was produced. I shared my feeling with my close friends in the industry and they told me that it would cost much money and because of this reason they advised me not to think about the job. However, I was peristenent in doing this job. Whenever I went an exposition, I talked about Shagyy Hal with the producers and made conversation about its production. In 2004, started doing test production about it and I observed there were many deficiency when I tried to produce it as I stated before but I kept producing. When I was trying to do my best to minimise the deficiency, I lost 3 to 5 dollar per carpet. After a while, I went into production and I increased my speed for Shaggyy carpet. While I was doing that, producers in Turkey did not dare to do the same thing. I endeavored and I went into business and I achieved finally. I started producing Shaggy carpet in Gaziantep and at the end of 2004 I participated in an exposition. Everyone fluctuated in to my place where I showed my productions. No one knew that there was a production which involved Shaggy carpet in Turkey. When they acknowled that, they were surprised. After that, Allah let me do this and we went on our job. Immediately after that, we made a deal with Topuoglu Group. I produced 20 thousand metres of carpet to them and we brought one more stall and started producing 100 thousand metres for a month.
