COVID-19 CONSIDERATIONS

Collaborating With Customers and OEMs

Strong Capital Position and Adequate Liquidity

• Most of our customers have requested some sort of rental relief, which we are addressing on a case-by-case basis.• As of June 19, 2020, we have executed or agreed to defer approximately $61 Million in lease payments, which

represents approximately 6% of our operating lease revenue for fiscal year 2019.• Deferrals are generally two to three months of partial rent and repayment with interest is due during the remainder

of 2020.• Ongoing discussions with OEMs to manage our skyline and reduce immediate capital expenditures.

• In aggregate, we anticipate that actions we have taken or expect to take, paired with contractual rights we expect to exercise in the future and delivery delays, will reduce our expected capital expenditures for July 2020 through December 2021 by ~1.8 Billion, relative to our commitments for such period included in our financial statements for the period ended March 31, 2020. As of June 29, 2020, our anticipated capital expenditures through the end of 2021 is approximately $1.3 Billion.

• As of June 29, 2020, all of our expected A320neo deliveries through 2021 have been placed with the exception of one delivery position.

• We have taken precautions to protect the safety and well-being of our employees by successfully implementing a global work from home program.

• Low leverage with net debt to equity ratio of 1.8x.

• Over $10 Billion of unencumbered assets.

• Rating agencies affirmed our credit rating as they placed the aircraft leasing sector on negative watch.

• Ended Q1 2020 in a strong liquidity position with over $1.1 Billion available under our revolving credit facility and over $200 Million in unrestricted cash.

• Established a $600 Million unsecured revolving line of credit with Tokyo Century on June 19, 2020.

• Approximately $2 Billion of new funding initiatives in progress.

1 Adjusted Equity is calculated as total equity less accumulated other comprehensive loss (AOCL). The AOCL adjustment to equity is only applicable through 2018. AOCL was zero as of December 31, 2019 and March 31, 2020.

2 Comprised of cash and cash equivalents, in each case to the extent that such assets are not subject to a lien, and non‐pledged aircraft assets (aircraft, engines, airframes, parts and pre‐delivery payments).3 Net Interest Margin is calculated as follows: ((Operating Lease Revenue + Finance Lease Revenue) – Interest, net)/Average Leased Assets. Leased Assets is calculated as follows: Flight Equipment Held For

Lease, net + Assets Held For Sale + Investment In Finance Leases, net. 4 In March 2019, ACG changed its methodology for calculating Net Interest Margin. The new methodology differs from ACG’s historical methodology as follows: (i) “Average Leased Assets” is used in the

denominator rather than “Average Total Assets”, and (ii) Finance Lease Revenue is included in the numerator. Management determined that these changes were appropriate to more closely align ACG’s methodology with similar metrics reported by ACG’s public peers. The above table reflects the new methodology for all historical periods.
