Like to meet ace-to-ace in a setting that is comortable and convenient or your client/relatives whilst being efcient and cost-eective or the service. Realise you’ve double-booked with your dentist. Are usually sat in the Wendy House. 4. Y our organisation is oering you a time - management course. Y ou decline on the basis that:- You have an excellent P.A. Your training is up to date and you are condent in your own abilities/skills. You changed your watch battery last week. Your clients usually arrive 15 minutes late to allow or any ‘over-running’ clinics. 5. Y ou like to accumulate your ‘therapy tools’ by:- Inviting company reps to demonstrate products whilst you sample the ree wine and canapes. Reading the relevant catalogues and submitting the appropriate equipment requisition orm to the budget holder. Having a look in your Dad’s shed at the weekend. Visiting local charity shops or raiding kids’ toy boxes. You requently wail ‘What are we going to do without Woolies?’ a. b. c. d. a. b. c. d. a. b. c. d. a. b. c. d. a. b. c. d. 6. Y our oromotor skills ‘box o tricks’ contains:- Your assistant Sandra usually deals with that sort o thing…….. Novelty bendy drinking straws, party blowers, several hal-used bottles o bubbles, plus one o those blowy things with a ping pong ball at the end o it. 7. Y ou walk into a clinic room and see an unfnished puzzle lying on the table. Y ou would:- Remember your ofce is now on the 17th oor. Leave it there – one o your colleagues has obviously set up an activity. Realise you orgot your nephew’s 2nd birthday last week. Complete it in 0-3 seconds, whilst simultaneously rearranging the urniture in the room, checking emails and answering the telephone. 8. In the sta room you notice an empty crisps tube on the table. Y ou:- Leave it or the cleaning sta. Wish that people would respect the rules about clearing up their mess. Are disappointed – cheesy chive is your avourite avour. Grab it quick – it’ll make a great musical shaker. 9. A child sticks a homemade badge on you as a token o his appreciation. Y ou:- Ring the drycleaners immediately and arrange or your jacket to be cleaned. Keep it on until they leave – when you’re sure they won’t return, you ‘le it .
