    Pimm’s Summer Cup $8

Like visitors to the Mediterranean, this drink just keeps coming back.

We start with fresh cut cucumber, lime and orange, add Pimm’s No.1 Cup, top with lemonade and serve over ice in a tall glass - truly Brit and truly brilliant. Great after a hot summer day.

    Metropolitan $12

A twist on the ever-popular Cosmopolitan.

An alluring combination of Absolut Vodka, Cointreau and Cranberry Juice with a dash of Lime. Shaken and then served over ice, this is a wonderfully fresh, zesty and cleansing start to any meal.

    Negroni Mischiare $12

Our modern version of an Italian classic.

Campari and Noilly Pratt Vermouth are topped with sparkling wine to produce a ‘confused’ Negroni that is perfect as a pre-dinner treat to stimulate the palate ready for the pleasures to follow.

    Capitano’s Azure $12

This is the Captain’s favourite - sweet, elegant and striking.

Blue Curacao and Bacardi White Rum are combined with lemonade and lime to produce a drink that is a delicious tribute to the brilliantly blue waters that surround the Greek islands.

    Frangelico il Cielo $12

A truly heavenly combination of Frangelico, Kahlua, Bailey’s Irish Cream and fresh milk.

When shaken, the chocolate, coffee and hazelnut melt together creating a beautifully creamy and rich symphony of flavours. Can be enjoyed before your meal, or as a decadent treat to close.
