is, it is believed, will enrich not just their work style but also their personal lives. Most importantly, given the influence of these leaders, it will help add a fresh dimension to the culture of the organisation.

Over the last decade, CFI has trained and certified over 600 Leaders as Coaches through CFI’s PGPEC and Internal Coach certification programs. CFI is now pleased to bring its highly respected expertise to a wider audience through a unique open programme to help leaders add a coaching dimension to their leadership style repertoire.

Organisational leaders display energy, a hunger for growth, and an ability to manage scale, complexity, and operational intensity quite well. Understandably, this has led to more attention being paid to the more urgent and exigent matters and not as much attention being paid to the human dimensions of caring, nurturing, developing, encouraging, and inspiring their people towards the larger purpose.

It is believed that regaining the balance between the exigent and the emergent, the task and the human dimensions would be important to retain the cutting edge for the organisation and the sheen for the leader. It is in this context, organisations are looking at helping their top leaders add a more human and empowering dimension to their leadership repertoire - in contemporary terms referred to as a Coaching-Oriented Style.

CFI will administer a couple of psychometric tools to enhance self-awareness.

VIA Character Strengths

Based on Dr. Martin Seligman’s work on Positive Psychology, the VIA is a measure of 24 universal character strengths. e foundational philosophy of this tool is that when Character Strengths are aligned with talents, interests, skills, and resources, an individual is found operating from their most energetic and effective selves. is tool will help individuals to identify strengths across 6 broad themes (Wisdom, Courage, Humanity, Justice, Temperance and Transcendence) and provide insights for effective deployment with stakeholders for win-win interactions.

EQ-i 2.0

Emotional intelligence is the ability of an individual to constructively deal with one's own emotions and those of others. EQi 2.0 is based on e Rueven Bar-On Model. is is the most widely used assessment to enhance the Emotional Quotient of leaders. e EQi 2.0 report pinpoints the overall Emotional Intelligence score (Low, Mid, High range) and also gives factorwise feedback. is report helps in getting at the root cause behind the gap in Emotional Intelligence and enables individuals to address the gaps through interventions.
