    We do not provide a special rate for children.Though there are many talented young musicians, werecommend that children 12 and under, as well as infants,not attend the conference. If you are a nursing mother andmust bring your infant, please respect the other registrants byleaving a workshop, session or concert if your baby becomesdisruptive.Children are welcome to attend the evening concerts. Again,please respect other attendees by taking your child out if theybecome distracting.

    RECORDINGAudio or video recording the workshops, sessions and/orconcerts is prohibited, due to licensing issues.

    BRINGING INSTRUMENTSThere are a few workshops for guitar & bass where presentersencourage attendees to bring their instrument. Please do so.Please note, however, that neither the CMS, Spirit West Coastnor City of Grace Church are responsible for lost or stolenproperty. We do not have a storage facility, so guitars willhave to be held or stored at your own risk.

    Brenton Brown / www.brentonbrown.comA gifted songwriter and musician, Brenton has written many worship songs, including EverlastingGod, Lord, Reign in Me, All Who Are Thirsty, and Hallelujah (Your Love is Amazing).

    Everlasting God was released with Survivor and with Sparrow in the States. In 2005 the Brownsreluctantly left London and their home church of Holy Trinity Brompton for California. Since thenthey have been welcomed into the Horizon family of churches and have traveled across the Statesand beyond leading worship in churches as far afield as Sweden and Korea. 2008 saw the arrivalof a baby daughter called Bella, and Brentons second solo project, Because of Your Love. Brentonhas been lucky enough to have his songs recorded by Chris Tomlin and Lincoln Brewster. He has 5songs in CCLIs top 100. Brentons current radio single, Adoration has been gaining momentum asanother congregational favorite.

Doyle has since returned to the Grand OleOpry for numerous performances, many appearing live on national television. Baggs, deemedas the Doyle Dykes Hexaphonic Pickup System. Matt has been leading worship full-time since the age of 20 and this journey has takenhim to countries such as South Africa, Japan, India, Australia, Germany, Uganda, Croatia and theCzech Republic. His early compositions include The Heart of Worship, Better is One Day andOnce Again.     Andy Leftwich / skaggsfamilyrecords.comAndy started playing the fiddle at the age of six,learning first from his father, and then from localmusicians in the small rural town of White House,Tennessee. It was only a year later when he enteredhis first fiddle contest and by the age of nine,Andy had won the Tennessee State Championshipfor Beginners. By the time he was a teenager, Andyhad also become proficient on both the mandolinand the guitar in addition to the fiddle, and wasentering competitions across the country on all

    three instruments. In February 2001, Ricky Skaggsmade a surprise call to the Leftwich home and invited Andy to joinhim and the band for a show that weekend. Skaggs made a move thatsurprised not only the entire crowd, but his entire band as well. On-stage, in the middle of the show, Skaggs turned to Andy and offered himhis hand, asking the shocked young fiddler, What are you doin forthe next couple of years? In one magical moment, the future lookedvery different for the young musician who had just landed a dream gig,playing fiddle alongside the very best bluegrass pickers in the world.In addition, Andy continues to build an impressive list of studio andperformance credits, lending his talents to acts like Craig Morgan, TaylorSwift, Jon Randall, Jimmy Wayne, Trick Pony, Pam Tillis, Clay Walker,Travis Tritt, Steve Wariner, and the Nashville Chamber Orchestra.

    Marc Breda / www.occ.orgMarc is the Technical Arts Director at Overlake Christian Church (home of the CMS@Overlake) and hasworked 18 years as a production professional -- FOH engineer, production manager, rigger, and A/V/Lsystems designer. He has mixed and managed hundreds of shows, from churches to stadiums, workingwith artists including David Foster, Ray Charles and Lou Rawls and clients like Microsoft and Nike. Marcleads a team of 30+ volunteers and his passion is to see technology used to its maximum potential tospread the Gospel. Marc and wife Shannon have been married 11 years and have two young children.

    Paul Constable / www.easyworship.comFrom brewing coffee at his church cappuccino bar to serving on the board, Paul enjoys meeting theneeds of the church in whatever the capacity. Professionally, Paul is able to follow suit. Operatingas the Sales and Marketing Director for EasyWorship, Paul has the opportunity to teach multimediapresentation to churches around the nation with the intention of improving the church experience forstaff members, volunteers and visitors alike.

Besides being a music publisher, artistmanager and booking agent, he founded and ran his own record label, UCA Records, in the 1990s whichled to a position for five and 12 years as Vice President, Creative/Copyright Development at EMI CMGin Nashville. There he managed a large songwriter roster and exponentially grew revenue through filmand TV licensing, song promotion and print music development. He is currently on staff as the minister

    of Pastoral Care and Visitation at Grace Chapel in Franklin, TN.

    Melissa DopplerMelissa is passionate about equipping musicians and worshipers as leaders both on and off the platform.Originally from Sydney, Australia, she draws from over 25 years experience in church leadership across abroad range of church life as well as over 20 years in corporate management and team leadership. Afterattending bible college at Hillsong church she served on the Hillsong Worship and Creative Arts team for

    many years. Since arriving in San Francisco in 2003, Melissa has served as vocal director, worship leader,service director, small group leader and in various teaching roles at C3 San Francisco where she and herhusband, Doug, are committed members.

Dave understands the essential elements of producing excellentsound, and has discovered and developed many creative solutions to the myriad of challenges thatworship bands and technical directors face. He is the House of Worship Resource Team leader and servesthe needs of those involved in the Christian worship and music community, along with Grammy Award

    winning mixing engineer, Steve Smith, former Technical Director of Overlake Christian Church.

    Doug Gould / Worship MDDoug Goulds job and calling is to train up musicians, techs and pastors in the use of microphones,personal monitors and wireless sysytems in churches and worship conferences all over the UnitedStates and Canada. He has been employed in the Pro Audio and Music Industry for over 25 years andalso serves as worship leader in is home church in New Jersey. He currently works for Audio-Technica,

    PreSonus, Aviom and Westone as a clinician and representative to the House of Worship market.

    Corey Fournier / www.rolandus.comCorey Fournier is a musician and songwriter whos performed with Darlene Zschech, Tommy Walker,Paul Baloche, and the Parachute Band. He is director of the WorshipConnection.org which providesongoing training and resources for worship musicians. He also taught music technology courses at UCLAfor seven years. Corey is a regular contributor to industry magazines and edited the book, All About

    GouldSheri Gould is a graduate of the University of Illinois. Shes taught voice, been a worship leader and musicdirector for over 25 years. For 13 years she directed Good News Productions, an evangelistic outreachinvolving singing, drama, dance and original musicals. She writes for Worship Musician! Magazineand tours the country with her husband teaching and equipping the Body of Christ at such conferencesas, Karitos, Worship Institute Northeast, His Call Ministries and Christian Musician Summit in Seattle,

    Sacramento, Buffalo and now Mesa, AZ.

    Ed Kerr / www.kerrtunes.comEd Kerr (pronounced car) has been a professional songwriter and recording artist for over two decades.For 13 years he was a lead vocalist and keyboard player for Harvest, a popular contemporary Christianmusic band. In the past 10 years he has written more than 100 songs recorded by Integrity Music. Hisplaying is featured on Rock of Ages, I Walk By Faith, and Forever, recordings in Maranatha!Musicspopular Praise Band series, and he tours as an instructor in their Worship Leader Workshops. Ed has aMasters Degree in piano performance and lives in Washington state with his wife, Carey, son, Cameron,

    and daughter, Natalie.

    Kent Margraves / www.sennheiser.comKent Margraves spent many years as a professional megachurch audio director and free-lance mixer,which includes mixes for several thousand worship services and concerts including FOH, recording, andbroadcast mixes in many worship venues. He currently works with Sennheiser Electronic Corporation,focusing on Installed Sound and Worship applications and training.
