3.35 IPFIX Configuration IPFIX is called “IP Flow Information Export”, that is IP data stream information output, which is a standard protocol published by the IETF for stream information measurement in the network. The IPFIX configuration commands are shown in table below.

probe br0 // configuration monitoring interface for br0
3.36 TCPMSS Configuration TCPMSS configuration is to configure the maximum segment size of data segments in the TCP transmission, thereby reducing the failure of data transmission due to the mismatch of data segments in data transmission, and the network can not communicate. The TCPMSS configuration commands are shown in table below.
Command Format Function Description Remark
tcpmss destination A.B.C.D
mss (<1-65535>|MRU)
Configure the destination of the IP,
the tcpmss address, and the maximum segment size of the packet
The units of MSS are:
bytes
tcpmss destination A.B.C.D port <1-65535> mss (<1-65535>|MRU)
Configure the destination, IP address, port number, and MSS value of the tcpmss
Empty
tcpmss port <1-65535> mss (<1-65535>|MRU)
Configure the port number and the MSS value of the tcpmss
Empty
[Configuration example]
ip tcpmss destination 192.168.8.1 port 53 mss 1452 // Configure the maximum segment size of the tcp transmission with the
destination address of 192.168.8.1 port number 53 to 1452 bytes
3.37 VRRP Settings Virtual Router Redundancy Protocol (VRRP) is a gateway redundancy protocol. The protocol number in the IP packet is 112, and the multicast address is 224.0.0.18, which is divided into the master router and the backup router. There is only one main router, and the other routers are available. If the primary router is down, the standby router with the highest priority becomes the primary router. In the global configuration mode, service vrrp enters the VRRP configuration mode. The VRRP configuration commands are shown in table below.
Command Format Function Description Remark
delay <1-65535> Set the VRRP timer The timer refers to the Hello time
virtual id <1-255> Set the ID for VRRP ID refers to the number of virtual routers (backup group)
virtual interface WORD Set up the virtual interface for VRRP Empty
Hongdian Corporation 88
3G/4G Router CLI User Manual
Command Format Function Description Remark
virtual ip A.B.C.D Set up the virtual IP for VRRP Empty
virtual priority <1-255> Sets the priority of the VRRP Empty
[Configuration example]
service vrrp
virtual ip 192.168.8.3 // set the virtual IP to 192.168.8.3
virtual id 2 // set the virtual ID to 2
virtual interface br0 // set the virtual interface to br0
virtual priority 100 // Set the priority of VRRP to 100
delay 30 Sets the timer for VRRP to 30s
3.38 RAW Table Settings RAW table is one of the IPTABLES table, the highest priority. There are two chains in the RAW table, PREROUTING and OUTPUT, which are the highest priority, so that the received packets can be processed before the connection trace. Once the user uses the RAW table, in a chain, RAW table after processing, will skip the NAT table and ip_conntrack processing, that is no longer address translation and packet tracking processing.
RAW tables can be used in situations where you do not need to do nat, such as ipsec. Configure the RAW table in global configuration mode. The RAW configuration commands are shown in table below.
Command Format Function Description Remark
ip raw prerouting A.B.C.D/M
E.F.G.H/M accept
Configure the RAW table PREROUTING
chain to allow packets to be passed to the E.F.G.H/M in A.B.C.D/M
Empty
ip raw prerouting A.B.C.D/M
E.F.G.H/M drop
Configure the A.B.C.D/M in the RAW
table PREROUTING chain to discard the packets to the E.F.G.H/M
Empty
ip raw prerouting A.B.C.D/M E.F.G.H/M notrack
Configure the RAW table PREROUTING chain. The A.B.C.D/M to E.F.G.H/M packet is not tracked
Empty
ip raw prerouting A.B.C.D/M E.F.G.H/M return
Data packets skip the RAW table, PREROUTING chain, A.B.C.D/M go to
E.F.G.H/M rules
Empty
ip raw output A.B.C.D/M
E.F.G.H/M accept
Configure the RAW table OUTPUT
chain to allow packets to be passed to the E.F.G.H/M in A.B.C.D/M
Empty
ip raw output E.F.G.H/M A.B.C.D/M drop
Configure the A.B.C.D/M in the RAW table OUTPUT chain to discard the packets to the E.F.G.H/M
