Council present: Degner, Heibel, R. Kokesch, Scharfencamp, Wiese. Staff present: K. Kokesch, Pederson. Guests present were: C. Gruendemann, M. Uhlenkamp, M. Kerkhoff, D. Pomplun, M. Gehrke, R. Steffen 1) Public Hearing on Amendment to Arcle III of Citys Zoning Ordinance; no one opposed. 2) Hearing on Liquor Violaon: Depot violaon of sale to a minor charges were dropped due to failure of kids to follow rules; Depot employees to take Beverage Server Training. Regular meeng called to order at 7:00 p.m., all council present, Pledge of Allegiance. 1) Approved agenda. Approved the minutes 8/8/16. 2) Cizens were addressed. Kerkhoff received approval for music on the pao at the Longbranch on Oct. 1 unl 12:30 a.m. Steffen does not need a permit for a temporary garage extension/enclosure. 3) 2015 Audit and Financial Statements presented by M. Uhlenkamp were approved; thanked city for years of service. 4) RFP for Auding Services and Financial Statement Preparaon approved; will adverse in LMC bullen and send locally. 5) Department Heads reported. Kokesch: 2 impellars cost $15,000; Steffen liſt-staon pump being repaired; boatlanding water level is too high to repair rip rap; pumped 2 of 3 liſt staons; w.w. permit applicaon sent to MPCA; plans to repair pellet building soon; parks winterized in early October; pea rock swept from seal coat project; mower had 225 hours on it. Minnesota River Valley Recreation and Conservation Master Plan

Please join us for a public workshop to discuss opportunities to expand outdoor recreation and conserve natural & cultural resources in the Minnesota River Valley (MRV) area within Redwood and Renville Counties. This project seeks to strengthen and diversify the local econ-omy while respecting private lands and the heritage of the region. The Minnesota Department of Natural Resources, Redwood and Renville Counties are collaborating to create the first MRV Recreation and Conservation Master Plan. We’re very interested in your ideas and par-ticipation!
