Vape Sales, Alcohol Sales (Off-sale), Carwashes, Gas Stations, Auto

Repair, Auto Sales, Used Merchandise

Limit operations during late hours (12am – 5am): Convenience Stores,

Restaurants, Drive-throughs, Retail Sales

Hotels/Motels: Hotels are permitted with CUP in MU-H and R-C;

Motels, including adaptive reuse, are prohibited
