USING YOUR PATTERN

1. Prepare FabricWash fabric to pre-shrink let dry then press.

To Straighten End:Depending on the fabric being used, some may be straigntened by tearing. Snip selvage and pull a crosswise thread. Cut on this line.

To Straighten Threads:If crosswise threads of fabric are not at perfect right angels to selvage, pull the fabric on the bias in the opposite direction until croswise threads are straight and squared with the selvage.

2. Guides for using your pattern:The arrow indicates the grain line or the straight grain of fabric. The pattern piece should be placed with the ends of the arrows an even distance from the selvage or a straight thread.

The dashes indicate notches they mark where joined seams match up.

When duplicate pieces are cut one at a time, reverse the pattern for the second piece.

THE PATTERN PIECES DO NOT CONTAIN ANY SEAM ALLOWANCE!
