What do we believe?
All children/people deserve the opportunities to reach their full potential.
Children should be treated as if they are strong, intelligent and kind.

confident identity as an individual and as a member of multiple cultural groups (such as gender, race, ethnicity, or class– Every kid should feel good about themselves

The four goals of an anti-bias education (ABE) are for EVERYONE
ABE activities pay attention to the realities of children’s lives
ABE is developmentally appropriate ABE planning us child AND teacher activities ABE learning does not happen in ONE day or lesson ABE calls on teachers to know THEMSELVES ABE avoids the tourism approach ABE requires strong relationships between everyone!
