Organizations don't change, people do. Most people agree that change is happening faster and more often. Whether it's due to technology, globalization, increased competition, or just ever-present drive to make progress- your organization’s ability to change has never been more important. Businesses that can change quickly enough, succeed. Businesses that don’t are destined for mediocrity. In Police unlike other business activities, change poses a unique challenge because at some point it comes down to whether the individual employees decide to change. This program is about how to lead the individuals on your team to get behind the change and become engaged in making it happen. In the workshop you will learn key ideas that help you prepare for changes and also diagnose when things go wrong. You will also learn about tools you can use on your own or with your team to lead them through important changes.

This is a certified training. Duration Introductory workshop plus 2 days training

Implementing your strategy means that your leaders and managers need to understand how to get people to do things differently. This workshop on the strategies and ideas that your leaders need to make it happen.

Focus on five key areas:

Vision: Create a clear picture of what’s changing, why it’s changing, and what it will lead to for everyone. Communication: Continue real, two-way dialogue that not only shares the vision, but also helps employees embrace it. Alignment: Build unity among employees by ensuring that their actions line up with each other, and to the change. Engagement: Accelerate your results by helping employees become actively engaged in making the changes happen. Accountability: Achieve your goals by clearly defining roles and creating a clear way to measure success objectively.
